0010 hrs., Residential check/ 5300-5400 blk of 85th Ave, Citizens complaint of Suspicious Persons loitering in front of buildings and around the vehicles, check clear.

0030 hrs., 8400 Blk of Annapolis Rd/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

0040 hrs., 8400 Blk of Sprague Pl/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

0050 hrs., 6300 blk Westbrook Dr/ Suspicious vehicle occupied stopped with two juveniles inside, a male and a female. Both admitted they were not where they told their parents they would be.  Both sets of parents were notified and custody of each child was given to the Parents.

0205 hrs., Residential Check/ 7300 Blk of Gavin St, check of the area for citizen complaints of disorderly person loitering in the area, check clear.

0225 hrs.,  Business Check/ Metro Points Hotel, check clear.

0245 hrs., Business Check/ Darcars Dodge, check clear.

0315 hrs., 6000 Blk of Mentana St and the Pathway between Vera Cope Park and Powhatan St, Officers conducted a foot patrol in the area.  Citizens have been complaining about,  suspicious behavior, possible sale of drugs, gambling, and loitering of unknown persons, check clear.

0340 hrs., Business Check/ 7-11, check clear.

0410 hrs., Business Check/ Darcars Dodge, check clear.

0430 hrs., Business Check/ Shell Gas station, check clear.

0500 hrs., Business Check/ Carrollton Enterprise, check clear.

0745 Vandalism to Auto/ 7600 blk Fontainebleau Dr unknown suspect used an unknown object to shatter the victims driver front window. The suspect was not on scene at the time of report 

0830 Premise Check/ 6100 blk Lamont Drive area to include the rear stairs were clear

0910 Premise Check/ 6000 blk Mentana St area was clear, no foot or vehicle traffic during the check

1000 Premise Check/ 8200 blk Annapolis Rd business as usual to include CVS

1025 Premise Check/ 8400 blk Annapolis Rd business as usual, to include businesses in the shopping center

1035 Assist/ 7400 blk Annapolis Rd PGPD needed back up for a commercial alarm. The business had just opened and employee entered the incorrect password 

1120 Premise Check/ 7700 blk Riverdale Rd to include Lowes area was clear, no suspicious activity

1300 Premise Check/ 7700 blk Riverdale Rd (United Church) met with youth pastor about possible programs for the summer. 

1522 Domestic/ 5400 blk 85th Ave #T2 complainant advised her friend was stalking her. Officers met the subject who checked negative for warrants. Info was exchanged and the subject left without incident. The complainant was advised to seek the assistance of the district court commissioner 

1635 Disorderly/ 5400 blk 85th Ave subjects in the park drinking and doing drugs. There was no alcohol or odor of CDS in the park. Officers advised subjects to keep the loud talking down

1715 Theft/ 6400 blk 85th Ave subject fled from a taxi without paying their fare. The area was canvassed with negative results. 

1745 Accident/ 7700 blk Riverdale Rd parties exchanged information with the assistance officers

1755 hrs., 6000 blk 84th Ave/ Vandalism, caller stated they had parked their vehicle last night and in the morning they noticed someone had taken a sharp object and placed several scratches on it. 


1855 hrs., 5400 blk 85th Ave./ Disorderly, caller stated several males on the playground smoking CDS and drinking.  Upon Officers arrival there were several persons on the playground and playing football.  All males had small children on the playground playing and enjoying the nice day.  No CDS or drinking was observed.

1915 hrs., Annapolis and Riverdale Rd/ CDS complaint, caller stated males were smoking CDS in the area.  A search of the area revealed the only persons in the area were located at the Basketball courts in the 7700 blk of Riverdale rd.  Officers could smell the faint odor of CDS but were unable to locate it .   

1945 hrs., Karen Elaine DR and Fountainebleau Dr/ Disorderly, Officers were flagged down by a passer by stating it looked like a male had kicked a child.  Passer by pointed out the male, but refused to stop long enough to gather their information.  Officers stopped the male and spoke to him, he stated he would never do that.  Officers then spoke to the child and the mother who reiterated, that never occurred.  Officers did not observe any behavior that would indicate anything other than what both parties stated.

2004 hrs., 5200 blk 85th Ave #302/ Disorderly male, caller stated her brother was refusing to leave the residence after she told him too.  Upon arrival Officers spoke with the male half who stated the caller was upset because he fell asleep while watching  her child.  Officers then spoke to the female half who stated she was upset because her brother fell asleep while watching her child.  When officers began to ask further questions she simply stated she just wanted him out and that was all, he was out so she was done.  Officers still attempted to advise her but she refused to listen.  Male half was sent on his way.

2020 hrs., 8300 blk Larchwood St/ Vandalism, caller stated someone left a powder substance on her porch and when she went to wash it off it splashed up and burned her eyes.  Fireboard was called but she refused medical attention and to go to the hospital.  Fireboard called Hazmat who stated the substance was Chem Dry that would cause no harm to humans. They cleaned it up for the caller with no issues.


2137 hrs., 7400 blk Farmcrest Dr/ Residential Alarm, Officers checked all doors and windows were secured, unknown cause for activation.

2200 hrs.,  Residential Check/ 7300 Blk of Gavin St, check of the area for citizen complaints of disorderly person loitering in the area, check clear.

2230 hrs., Business Check/ 8000 blk Annapolis Rd, check clear.

2245 hrs.,  6000 Blk of Mentana St and the Pathway between Vera Cope Park and Powhatan St, Officers conducted a foot patrol in the area.  Citizens have been complaining about,  suspicious behavior, possible sale of drugs, gambling, and loitering of unknown persons, check clear.

2330 hrs., Annapolis Rd and Finns Ln/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

2350 hrs., Lamont Dr and Larchwood Dr/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

0004 hrs., 5400 blk 85th Ave #T-3/ Custody Issue, caller stated he has been trying to get custody of his daughter, that he has not seen in days.  The Mother is refusing to let him see her and started texting threats of getting him in trouble with the police.  He was advised to seek the assistance of the court for custody disputes.

0045 hrs., Residential check/ 5300-5400 blk of 85th Ave, Citizens complaint of Suspicious Persons loitering in front of buildings and around the vehicles, check clear.

0100 hrs., Business Check/ Darcar's Dodge, check clear.

0122 hrs., Adrian St and Longbranch Dr/ Suspicious vehicle unoccupied, vehicle was legal and parked legally.

0129 hrs., Carrollton Pkwy at Quentin St/ Suspicious vehicle occupied, all four occupants were identified and sent in to the proper locations.  Two juvenile females were released to their parents.

Upon arrival, officers spoke with both drivers, who claimed no injuries while on the scene. Both vehicle was disabled in the roadway and impounded for safekeeping.
