0617 hrs Theft from Auto 7773 Riverdale Road (Hertiage Square Apts), Caller reported he parked his vehicle last night at approximately 2300 hrs and everything was fine. Upon his return at 0600 hrs today, the caller observed S-1 (unknown) had stolen all four wheels off his vehicle. The vehicle was fingerprinted with negative results, the caller was provided with case numbers and advised to contact his insurance carrier regarding this matter. CID was notified of this incident. 0700 hrs Disorderly 7200 Blk Goodluck Road, Dispatch advised an unknown caller wanted to report a black female wearing a gray t-shirt and gray sweatpants walking with a suitcase, talking to her self at this location. Officers responded and located the female subject, upon contact officers observed the female was acting in a strange behavior, suspected under the influence of an unknown CDS. A warrant check was conducted with negative results. Medical attention was requested, PG county ambulance 830 arrived on scene and rendered aid. EMT personnel checked the female subject vitals, advised she was fine. After a brief interview, it was determine she did not meet the criteria for a EPS nor needed further police services. However, officers were able to contact a local cab service to transport the female subject home. All clear no report.


0800 hrs Suspicious person 8461 Annapolis Road (7-11) Officers responded and made contact with the store manager who stated there was a black male wearing tan pants and a black hoodie loitering, panhandling and bothering customers passing by. Officers conducted an canvass of the area with negative results. Officers advised the manger to call back if the male subject return. 

1000 hrs Missing Person 5500 Blk Karen Elaine Drive , Officers made contact with the caller who stated she was involved in an argument with her teenage daughter last night. The caller stated at approximately 0600 hrs when she got up, she noticed her daughter was missing. During the investigation, officers were able to locate the missing over her grandmother's house located in District Heights, MD. Officers contacted the grandmother via telephone and spoke with the missing who stated she was safe and in good health. The caller was advised and provided with case numbers. 1125 hrs Theft 8461 Annapolis Road (7-11) Officers responded and made contact with the store manager who stated a customer had walked out without paying for merchandise, however he stated he did not want to purse criminal charges instead wants the male subject barred from the Establishment. Officers were able to review video footage, which determined the description as a black male, approx. 5'10 wearing black polo shirt, blue jeans with short hair carrying a white bag. Officers canvass the area and located the male subject at the N.C. Metro station matching the above description. He was detained, warrant checked negative, he was given a trespass notice, advised, photograph and then sent on his way. Report written


1326 hrs Disorderly 5300 Blk 85th avenue , Upon arrival the Caller stated she use to reside at this location and wanted officers to standby while she get her TV from the residence. Officers advised the caller this is a civil matter and to go to the district courts to seek assistance for this matter.


1400 hrs Crossing Guard Assignment Intersection of Powhaten Street and Westbrook Drive. Children were assisted all clear.

1600 hrs Theft 8201 Annapolis Road (CVS) Dispatch advised a Female subject attempted to exited the business with merchandise without payment. Upon arrival the Store manger stated she recovered the stolen property prior to the female suspect leaving. The manger gave a description of a slim built female in all black with a tan purse, last seen walking eastbound on Annapolis road towards 85th. Officers canvassed the area and was able to locate the female subject at Westbrook and 85th ave. Warrant checked negative, she was issued a trespass barred notice, advised, photograph and then sent on her way. The manager was provided with case numbers and advised. Report written


1740 hrs Suspicious person 8200 Blk Oglethorpe Street Dispatch advised the caller (neighbor) in the area wanted to report a suspicious male knocking on the front door at this location and the home owners were not home. Officers responded and found nothing, all doors and windows were checked secured with no signs of force entry or property damages. Dispatch advised the caller stayed anonymous and did not want to meet. All clear.

1022 hrs Citizen Robbery 7600 Blk Fontainbleau Drive Caller stated her and aunt were robbed at gun point by S-1 (unknown), while walking home from the store, the caller stated S-1 took her phone and cash. Upon Officers arrival, it was found the three male subjects in question reside at this location and was helping their roommate move out. They were advised and sent on their way. 1305 hrs Theft from Auto 7700 Blk Riverdale rd, Caller stated last night he parked his vehicle and everything was fine. Upon his return this morning, he noticed S-1 (unknown) had stolen his Cadillac converter. He was provided with case numbers and advised to contact his insurance carrier. Report written



1341 hrs Theft 8401 Annapolis rd (Forman mills) Loss Prevention had a female subject in custody for theft. The LP officer did not want to file a report or follow up with criminal charges, warrant checked was conducted with negative results, she was advised and trespass from the establishment. 1530 hrs Vehicle accident Annapolis rd and Veterans pkwy, Officers responded and found no signs of an accident. Police communications then advised the accident was located at Veterans pkwy and Riverdale rd. PGPD assumed investigations responsibilities, all clear



1600 hrs Disabled Vehicle 7500 block of Riverdale road, vehicle was disabled in roadway. Flares were placed on scene; private towing responded and impounded the vehicle. All clear.

1320 hrs Citizen Robbery, 7500 Blk Riverdale road Victim reported while at this location, the Arrestee approached him from behind, went in his pocket took his wallet and fled on foot towards Annapolis road, Due to being handicapped, the victim was unable to defend himself. A witness on scene provided a description, officers located the Arrestee followed by a foot pursuit, he was subsequently taken into custody without incident.
