0115 HOURS- AREA CHECK- 7300 LONGBRANCH DR.- A FOOT PATROL OF THE AREA WAS CONDUCTED BY OFFICERS. ALL CLEAR.


0205 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLK 85TH AVE.- COMPLAINTS OF MALES LOITERING, TRESPASSING, SMOKING C.D.S. AND DRINKING. AREA WAS CANVASED, NO VIOLATIONS WERE OBSERVED.


0215 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8300 OLIVER ST.- FOOT PATROL. ALL CLEAR.


0225 HOURS- DISABLED VEHICLE/IMPOUND- 8100 BLK POWHATAN STREET- OFFICERS OBSERVED A MOTORIST WITH A DISABLED VEHICLE AT THE LOCATION. THE VEHILE WAS DISCOVERED TO BE UNREGISTERED AND WAS SUBSEQUENTLY IMPOUNDED FOR SAFE KEEPING. THE DRIVER OF THE VEHICLE WAS CITED, ADVISED AND SENT ON HIS WAY.

0330 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- METRO POINTS- OFFICERS MET WITH HOTEL STAFF/MANAGEMENT ABOUT COMPLAINTS. NOTHING REPORTED.


0415 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8309 ANNAPOLIS RD.- ALL CLEAR.


0630 hrs Stolen Auto/ 5300 85th Ave/ Vehicle wasn't stolen and the owner was advised the vehicle was towed for a parking violation.

0746 hrs MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- METRO POINTS- OFFICERS MET WITH HOTEL STAFF/MANAGEMENT ABOUT COMPLAINTS ABOUT PATRONS SMOKING C.D.S. AND ENGAGING IN PROSTITUTION. NOTHING REPORTED.


0830 hrs Sex Assault/ 6200 Blk Westbook Dr/ Juvenile alleged that her boyfriend sexually assaulted her while at his house. NCPD 3 and PG CID was notified and the juvenile was transported to Dist 3 and after interview officers learned the act was consensual.

1030 hrs Protective Order Service/ 7500 Blk Riverdale Rd/ Caller wanted officers to serve a protective order on a family member. Officers served the order, advised and SOW. The protective order was faxed over to the Sheriff Dept.

1156 hrs Disorderly/ 6000 Blk 85th Pl/ Aid worker didn't have the right paperwork to work in the house and she waited until the male wife arrived home.

1355 hrs RADAR ASSIGNMENT- 8600 POWHATAN ST.- REPORTS OF DRIVERS SPEEDING THROUGH THE AREA. NO VIOLATIONS OBSERVED.


1442 hrs Cds Complaint/ 5400 Blk 85th Ave/ Males fled into a building prior to officers arrival. Officers conducted a premise check.

1540 hrs Disorderly/ 8401 Annapolis Rd/ Disorderly customer left prior to officers arrival.

1625 hrs Departmental Accident/ Annapolis Rd @ Riverdale Rd/ Three car accident with minor damages and an officer was transported to the hospital for minor injuries. NCPD 3 was notified.


1750 Domestic/ 5400 Blk 85th Ave  female alleged her boyfriend assaulted her. There were no signs of injury


1804 Check Welfare/ 5432 85th Ave intoxicated female was transported to hospital by EMS


1910 Check Welfare/ 7913 Legation Rd elderly woman checked ok, family was notified


2000 Premise Check/ 7300 blk Long Branch Dr area was clear


2130 Premise Check/ 8445 Annapolis Rd (Subway) business closing for the evening


2208 Check Welfare/ Fontainebleau Dr @ Karen Elaine Dt three males were high on PCP spread up the block. All were transported to PGH for EPS

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
