1211 Death/ 5510 Karen Elaine Drive  family came to visit with no answer. The decedent was located in the bedroom unresponsive. PGPD Homicide and OCME responded to the scene. NC 3 was notified


1430 Check Welfare/ 5503 Karen Elaine Drive male was laying on the ground. He was transported by EMS to the hospital for observation

1550 Theft/ 8445-C Annapolis Rd store clerk assumed a customer stole hair. The video concluded no theft had occurred


1630 Theft/ 7790 Riverdale Rd juvenile stole food, due to being hungry. The store elected not to pursue charges, juvenile released to his uncle on scene


1640 Check Welfare/ 7411 Long Branch Dr neighbor called reporting male dragging a little girl to the back yard. The male is the grandfather and the little girl was ok

0740 hrs., Residential Check/ 5500 Blk Karen Elaine Dr., citizen complaint of suspicious activity. An area check was conducted with nothing found.

0806 hrs., School Check/ Charles Carroll Middle, all clear.

0910 hrs., Business Check/ Plaza 30 Shopping Ctr., citizen complaints of suspicious activity at the location. A foot patrol was conducted with nothing found.


1045 hrs., Family Dispute/ 7900 Oland Ct., the complainant was having a dispute over their son's behavior. They were referred to family court and PG Crisis ctr.

1130 hrs., Business Check/ Foodway International, all clear.

1150 hrs., Premise Check/ Gavin St. & Quentin St., citizen complaints of suspicious activity at the location. An area check was conducted with nothing found.


1157 hrs., Field Observation/ 6600 Blk Rycroft Av., the complaiant states that juveniles were truant from school. The juveniles were located, identified, released to school staff and parents.


1303 hrs., Residential Alarm/ 5318 85th Av., all windows and doors were secured. Unknown cause for activitation.

1324 hrs Follow Up/ 6241 Westbrook Dr., PGPD Det. Ware requested NCPD officers conducted a follow up for a return missing juvenile. Once officers arrived and was informed by the his parent that he has not returned. Det Ware was advised.

1350 hrs., Suspicious Person/ 7900 Blk Annapolis Rd., the complainant states that a subject was selling loose cigarette in the roadway. An area check was conducted with nothing found.

1400 hrs., Premise Check/ Metro Points Hotel, all clear.

1410 hrs., Theft/ Foodway, the complainant detained the subject for shoplifting. He was identified, warrant check negative, cited, banned by owner and then escorted from property.


1429 hrs., Accident/ 8300 Blk Nicholas Ct., the complainant lost control of her vehicle and struck a brick wall. There were no reported injuries and the vehicle was disbled and towed.


1545 hrs., Residential Check/ 5200-5400 Blk 85th Av., citizen complaints of suspicious activity at the location. An area check was conducted with nothing found.


1653 hrs., Accident/ Foodway (parking lot), the unit-1 leaving from a parking space collided with unit-2. There were no reported injuires with only minor damages. Information was exchanged.


1900 HOURS- TRAFFIC COMPLAINT- LAMONT DR./GOOD LUCK RD.- CITIZEN COMPLAINT OF 4-WHEELERS IN THE AREA. OFFICERS CANVASED THE AREA WITH NEGATIVE RESULTS.


1940 HOURS- VEHICLE RELEASE- NCPD HQ- CITIZEN REQUIRED AN IMPOUND RELEASE FORM. ALL DOCUMENTATION WAS RESENTED AND THE RELEASE WAS PROVIDED.


2015 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- 5440 85TH AVE.- COMPLAINTS OF MALES LOITERING, TRESPASSING, SMOKING C.D.S. AND DRINKING ALCOHOL. AREA WAS CANVASED, NO VIOLATIONS WERE OBSERVED.


2030 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- PREMISE CHECK- 8500 ANNAPOLIS RD.- FOOT PATROL OF THE METRO POINTS. ALL CLEAR.


2145 HOURS- PARTY COMPLAINT- 5334 85TH AVE. #B3- CITIZEN COMPLAINT OF A LOUD PARTY AT THE RESIDENCE. OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE AREA BUT WERE UNABLE TO LOCATE ANY DISTURBANCE.


2230 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- 7300 GAVIN STREET- REPORTS OF SUSPICIOUS MALES INVOLVED IN ILLEGAL ACTIVITY. AREA WAS CANVASED, NO SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY OBSERVED.


2305 HOURS- SUSPICIOUS PERSON- 5700 85TH AVE.- OFFICERS OBSERVED A GROUP OF DRUNKEN PEOPLE WALKING IN THE AREA. THOSE INDIVIDUALS WERE STOPPED, IDENTIFIED, CHECKED NEGATIVE, PHOTOGRAPHED, DETERMINED TO BE COMPETENT AND SENT ON THEIR WAY.



2350 HOURS- OVERDOSE- 5500 Blk KAREN ELAINE DR. - FEMALE COMPLAINED THAT SHE THOUGHT SHE WAS HAVING A NEGATIVE REACTION TO HER MEDICATION. NO OVERDOSE. PGFD RESPONDED AND TRANSPORTED THE FEMALE TO DOCTORS HOSPITAL FOR MEDICAL TREATMENT.


0010 HOURS- HIT & RUN- LAMONT DR,/FAIRBANKS ST.- UNKNOWN SUSPECT STRUCK A PARKED VEHICLE, CAUSING DAMAGE TO BOTH VEHICLES. THE SUSPECT THEN FLED THE SCENE TO AN UNKNOWN DESTINATION.

0745 hrs., Residential Check/ 5500 Blk Karen Elaine Dr., citizen complaint of suspicious activity. An area check was conducted with nothing found.

0850 hrs., Premise Check/ Gavin St. & Quentin St., citizen complaints of suspicious activity at the location. An area check was conducted with nothing found.

0930 hrs., Business Check/ Lowe's Home Improvement, all clear.

0958 hrs., Field Observation/ Advance Auto (rear parking lot), officers observed a subject hiding near the dumpster. He was stopped, identified, warrant check negative, advised of trespass laws, and then released.


1006 hrs., Family Dispute/ 5911 Westbrook Dr., the complainant stated that she had a protection order on her aunt who was on the property but fled prior to officers arrived. The complainant was referred back to the district court.


1100 hrs., Business Check/ Metro Points Hotel, all clear.

1108 hrs. Property Damage/ 8500 Oglethorpe St., the complainant discovered damage to his vehicle by unknown means. Photographs were taken and he was advised to contact his insurance company for replacement/ repairs.


1150 hrs., School Check/ Robert Frost Elementary, all clear.


1215 hrs., School Check/ Charles Carroll Middle, all clear.


1451 hrs., Accident/ Westbrook Dr. & Powhatan St., unit-1 collided with unit-2 in the intersection. There were no reported injuries and information was exchanged.


1542 hrs., Residential Check/ 5400 Blk 85th Av., citizen complaints of suspicious activity at the location. An area check was conducted with nothing found.

1600 hrs., Business Check/ 7-Eleven, all clear.

1630 hrs., Business Check/ T-Mobile Store, all clear.

1825 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- 5440 85TH AVE.- COMPLAINTS OF MALES LOITERING, TRESPASSING, SMOKING C.D.S. AND DRINKING ALCOHOL. AREA WAS CANVASED, NO VIOLATIONS WERE OBSERVED


1935 HOURS- C.D.S. COMPLAINT- 5300 Blk 85TH AVE.- ROOMMATE DISPUTE OVER SMOKING IN THE RESIDENCE. ALL PARTIES WERE ADVISED THAT THE MATTER WAS A CIVIL ISSUE AND WERE REFERRED TO LANDLORD TENNANT FOR SEVICES.


2010 HOURS- LOUD PARTY- 5329 85TH AVE.- CITIZEN COMPLAINT OF A LOUD PARTY AT THE RESIDENCE. OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE AREA BUT WERE UNABLE TO LOCATE ANY DISTURBANCE.



2020 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- PREMISE CHECK- 8500 ANNAPOLIS RD.- FOOT PATROL OF THE METRO POINTS. ALL CLEAR.



2050 HOURS- C.D.S. COMPLAINT- 7601 RIVERDALE RD.- CITIZEN COMPLAINT OF A SUSPICOUS MALE SMOKING IN THE STAIRWELL. OFFICERS RESPONDED, FOUND THE MALE G.O.A., AND WERE UNABLE TO LOCATE EVIDENCE OF ILLEGAL ACTIVITY.


2110 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5500 BLOCK KAREN ELAINE DR.- ALL CLEAR.


2125 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 7710 RIVERDALE RD.- ALL CLEAR.


2212 HOURS- SCHOOL CHECK- CARROLLTON ELEMENTARY- ALL CLEAR.


2220 HOURS- DISORDERLY- 8503 OLIVER ST.- COMPLAINT OF A MALE YELLING IN FRONT OF THE RESIDENCE. OFFICERS RESPONDED, CANVASED THE AREA BUT WERE UNABLE TO LOCATE THE SUSPECT.


2301 HOURS- FAMILY DISPUTE- 6000 Blk 89TH AVE.- CALLER COMPLAINED THAT HER SON HAD FRIENDS OVER WITHOUT PERMISSION. OFFICERS RESPONDED, MADE CONTACT WITH THE UNWANTED GUESTS, IDENTIFIED THEM, THEY WERE CHECKED NEGATIVE AND PHOTOGRAPHED. DURING A CONSENTUAL SEARCH, A SMALL AMOUNT OF C.D.S. WAS RECOVERED FROM TWO OF THE GUESTS; THEY WERE ISSUED CIVIL CITATIONS AND SENT ON THEIR WAY.

0918 hrs., EPS/ 7600 Blk Fontainebleau Dr., the complainant wanted a guest removed due to erratic behavior. The subject was subsequently taken into custody and transported to PGH for a mental evaluation.



1003 hrs., Business Check/ Metro Point Hotel, all clear.

1107 hrs., Premise Check/ Gavin St. & Quentin St., citizen complaints of suspicious activity at the location. An area check was conducted with nothing found.



1121 hrs., MPS/ 5200 Blk 85th Av., the complainant stated that a male at this location had an outstanding warrant. The subject was located and taken into custody then transported to DOC for processing. Upon arrival it was discovered that the wanted subject photo was not would was in custody. He was transported back to the incident location and released.


1213 hrs., Residential Alarm/ 5305 85th Ave., homeowner accidentally activated an interior alarm. The alarm was reset.


1230 hrs., Vandalism to auto/ 8400 Malissa St., the complainant stated that she discovered that someone punctured a hole in her vehicle tire. She alleges that it related to an ongoing dispute with ex-boyfriend.



1319 hrs., Premise Check/ New Carrollton Pool, all clear.


1405 hrs., Business Check/ Plaza 30 Shopping Ctr., citizen complaints of suspicious activity at the location. A foot patrol was conducted with nothing found.


1420 hrs., Residential Check/ 5200-5400 Blk 85th Av., citizen complaints of suspicious activity at the location. An area check was conducted with nothing found.


1527 hrs., Station Call/ 7790 Riverdale Rd., the complainant stated that a male subject was riding an ATV in the shopping center. Officers responded to the area and conducted a check with nothing found.


1533 hrs., Suspicious Vehicle/ 7779 Riverdale Rd., the complainant wanted officers to inspection an occupied vehicle in the parking lot.


1600 hrs., Business check/ Sprint, all clear.

1635 hrs., Business Check/ Metro Point Hotel, all clear.



1833 HOURS- DOMESTIC ASSAULT- 7601 RIVERDALE RD.- CALLER COMPLAINED SHE WAS ASSAULTED BY HER EX-BOYFRIEND. THE INCIDENT TOOK PLACE IN LANHAM. THE CALLER REFUSED POLICE AND PGFD SERVICES ON SCENE. SHE WAS ADVISED TO CONTACT PGPD TO REPORT THE INCIDENT.

1911 HOURS- THEFT- 5311 85TH AVE.- CALLER WANTED TO REPORT THE THEFT OF THE REAR TAG OFF HER SONS VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE AND THE SON WERE IN LANDOVER, WHERE THE INCIDENT OCCURRED. THE CALL WAS TRANSFERRED TO PGPD FOR RESOLUTION.

1912 HOURS- ACCIDENT- 8210 OGLETHORPE ST.- UNIT 1 STRUCK UNIT 2, BUT CAUSED NO DAMAGE TO EITHER VEHICLE. THE CALLER REFUSED SERVICES ON SCENE AND BOTH PARTIES DROVE AWAY WITHOUT INCIDENT.

2020 HOURS- NOISE COMPLAINT- 5337 85TH AVE. #202- CITIZEN COMPLAINT OF LOUD MUSIC FROM THIS LOCATION. OFFICERS RESPONDED, MADE CONTACT WITH THE CALLER

2030 HOURS- RESIDENTIAL ALARM- 6618 ADRIAN ST.- PANIC ALARM WAS ACCIDENTALLY ACTIVATED BY THE HOMEOWNER ON SCENE. ALL INFORMATION WAS VERIFIED AND THE HOMEOWNER WAS ADVISED.

2030 HOURS- ACCIDENT- ANNAPOLIS RD./CAPITOL BELTWAY- UNIT 1 STRUCK UNIT 2, DISABLING BOTH VEHICLES. PASSENGERS OF BOTH UNITS WERE TRANSPORTED TO DOCTORS HOSPITAL BY PGFD DUE TO INJURY. BOTH UNIT 1 AND UNIT 2 WERE IMPOUNDED FOR SAFE KEEPING. REPORT WRITTEN- NCP1603200038.

2058 HOURS- SOUND OF GUNSHOTS- 8312 CATHEDRAL AVE.- COMPLAINT OF A SINGLE GUNSHOT HEARD IN THE AREA (1-CALLER). OFFICERS RESPONDED AND SEARCHED THE AREA WITH NEGATIVE RESULTS. THE CALLER REFUSED TO BE MET BY OFFICERS, NO FURTHER ACTION COULD BE TAKEN. NOTHING FOUND.

2125 HOURS- SOUND OF GUNSHOTS- 8312 CATHEDRAL AVE.- (RETURN CALL). COMPLAINT OF A SINGLE GUNSHOT HEARD IN THE AREA (1-CALLER). OFFICERS RESPONDED AND SEARCHED THE AREA WITH NEGATIVE RESULTS. THE CALLER REFUSED TO BE MET BY OFFICERS, NO FURTHER ACTION COULD BE TAKEN. NOTHING FOUND.

0657 Hours - Stolen Auto - 7700 Block of Riverdale Road: An unknown suspect stole the victim's vehicle during the overnight hours fleeing in an unknown direction. The victim was provided case numbers and advised to contact her insurance company. Report Written 0807 Hours - Suspicious Person - 7700 Block of Riverdale Rd: An unknown caller advised a male in gray was asleep under the stairwell unresponsive. Officers responded and made contact with the subject who advised he was on the bus all night and needed a place to sleep. The male checked negative for warrants and was sent on his way. 0645 Hours -Premise Check- 8400 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, but nothing was found. 0722 Hours -Premise Check- 8500 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, but nothing was found. 0813 Hours -Vandalism- 7900 Block of Legation Rd: Officers responded to the listed location for the vandalism of a vehicle. Officers spoke with the caller who stated his vehicle had been broken into. Officers gathered all information needed and generated a report.  Report Written 1028 Hours -Disorderly- 8500 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers responded to the listed location for a disorderly male.
