06545 hrs., Business check/ 7-11, check clear. 0710 hrs., Business check/ Plaza 30, check clear. 0750 hrs., 7800 block Powhatan St/ Theft from auto, caller stated they had all the tires stolen from their vehicle.  Officers arrived on scene to observe the callers vehicle up on blocks in their driveway and all four tires were removed and stolen. REPORT WRITTEN 0825 hrs., 7700 block Riverdale Rd/ Hit and run, caller stated his vehicle was struck yesterday.  Officers arrived and spoke with the caller who stated his vehicle was struck in the parking lot yesterday.  Caller said he called the police but could not wait so his insurance company told him to leave and call later in the day.  Caller stated he was busy so he called this morning, however there were no signs of where the accident may have taken place due to the extended wait time to call to report it.  He was advised. 0935 hrs., School check/ Charles Carroll Middle School, check clear. 10...
