Upon officers arrival the caller and suspect were GOA. Officers attempted canvassed the area with negative results. 0713 Check Welfare/ 6100 block 87th Ave- residents were sitting in the car eating and fell asleep. 0740 Parking Issue/ 6200 block 87th Ave- car hauler loaded with vehicles was issued a parking citation and tow warning...photo taken 0907 Theft from Auto/ 6600 block Chestnut Ave- the victim left prior to arrival. Officers made contact and she advised she left her doors unlocked and the vehicle was looked through but nothing was taken. The complainant didn't want a report, due to her leaving out of town. No report was written 0937 Premise Check/ 6600 block Chestnut Ave- met with the designer who requested a check of the residence throughout the night. 0659 Missing Person/ 7300 block Good Luck Rd- juvenile female left the residence. She has no mental or medical conditions 0940 Warrant Service/ 4900 block Rhode Island Ave- subject had an open warrant through NCPD and was apprehended without incident and walked to DOC. Subject was served the warrant by DOC. REPORT WRITTEN 1140 Recovered Property/ 6016 Princess Garden Pkwy- owner recovered their vehicle that was stolen from New Carrollton in DC. While checking the vehicle, they noticed there was property left from the suspects. Officers processed the property for prints with negative results. 0720 Disorderly Person/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd/ Upon officers arrival the disorderly person was GOA. 0740 Check Welfare/8300 block Legation Road - Officers responded to a check on the welfare (male unconscious behind the wheel). Upon approach officer woke up the male who immediately started reaching into the center console. He was detained and removed from the car. Officers smelled an odor consistent with marijuana and conducted a search which revealed drugs and a handgun. The male was transported to doc for processing. A check through PGPD Communications revealed the gun was stolen out of (whatever state). C.I.D. and NC#2 were notified. 0720 Suspicious Persons/ 85th Ave & Annapolis Rd- caller stated approximately five juvenile had walked near her car making videos with their phones. Upon officers arrival the juveniles were GOA. 0835 Premise Check/ 8500 block Annapolis RD- check clear.  0900 Missing Person/ 5400 block 85th Ave/ caller stated his 18 year old daughter was missing. Further investigation revealed his daughter had moved into her own apartment in Montgomery County and was in good health. 0915 Theft From Auto/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd/ Heritage Square Apartments- caller stated a male subject was walking up to random vehicles pulling on door handles. The caller then stated the male subject made entry into an unsecured vehicle. As officers arrived in the area the male subject fled on foot.
