In response to her fear for her safety, the caller locked herself in the bathroom. Upon the officers' arrival, they could hear screams and aggressive threats coming from outside the door. The officers made multiple attempts to persuade the suspect to open the door, but she declined. Consequently, they forced their way into the residence. Once inside, they found the suspect at the end of the hallway holding a pole. The officers issued several loud commands for her to drop the pole. However, the suspect did not comply, prompting the deployment of an ECD. She was subsequently taken into custody and transported to a local hospital for an emergency evaluation.
