While officers were en route, a male subject was dispatched, setting a shopping cart on fire. Officers were able to stop and detain the male subject. The Fire Marshall arrived on scene and declined to pursue any legal charges. Witnesses were unable to observe the male subject in the act. The male subject was barred from the property and transported to the metro station.
