Upon their arrival, they contacted both individuals involved, who reported an argument. The female participant exhibited injuries but asserted that she had fallen. Both individuals were advised, and a report was created.

Upon their arrival, they performed a registration check, which indicated that the vehicle was unregistered and had a pick order for its tags.
