Officers searched the area for the female subject and found her sitting on the ground behind a shopping center. The female subject denied all claims made by her sister and did not meet the officers' criteria for an emergency petition. Both individuals were advised, and the female subject chose to check herself into a nearby hotel.

Police communications indicated that a call had been received regarding several male individuals playing loud music and smoking marijuana. Upon arrival in the vicinity, officers made contact with the male subjects. No music was heard, and no signs of drug use were observed. They were given a warning.

0413 Hours - Traffic DUI Arrest- 7000 Block of Good Luck Rd: While on patrol, an officer noticed a vehicle approaching head-on towards his own vehicle, driving on the incorrect side of the road. The officer had to steer away from the vehicle to avoid a collision. The officer initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle. Upon making contact with the driver, it was determined that the driver was under the influence of alcohol. A probable cause search of the vehicle was conducted, revealing a loaded handgun inside. A  firearm was secured in NCPD property for safekeeping due to the possession of the firearm while under the influence. Report Generated

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
