0748 Hours -Stolen Auto- 8400 Block of Carrollton Pkwy: Officers contacted the victim of this incident via phone call and found that the vehicle was stolen, utilizing a handheld device to bypass the alarm system. All available information regarding the incident was gathered. While completing this incident, it was discovered that the PGPD had found the vehicle tampered with, with parts removed at a separate location. The victim was advised on how to retrieve the vehicle.

0749 Hours -Arrest- 7900 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers, while on patrol, observed a subject, known to have an open warrant, walking in this area. The male was stopped, the warrants were confirmed, and the male was taken to Upper Marlboro DOC. It was also found that the male had multiple pieces of mail. The male was placed into NCPD property, and a warrant for the mail theft was written.
