0651 Hours – Theft Report – 5300 Block of 85th Ave: Officers conducted a follow-up regarding a theft of packages. Officers spoke with a victim and obtained video footage of the theft that occurred on a previous date. Officers gathered all information and submitted a Warrant request from the Prince George’s County Commissioner's Office. Report Written 



0804 hours – MPS – 6600 Block of Ian St: Officers arrived on scene for a stolen auto report. Officers gathered all the information for a report. It was later discovered that the vehicle was possibly involved in a collision the day prior. Officers are investigating the severity of the accident for any false statements.

0945 Hours – Traffic Enforcement – 7500 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers observed a driver committing a traffic violation. The driver was given citations and sent on their way.

1211 hours – Unknown Trouble – 6100 Block of 84th Ave: Officers were dispatched to the area for an open line phone. Officers arrived on scene and spoke to the resident, who stated they were okay.

1521 hours – Vehicle Accident – 6000 Block of 85th Ave: Officers responded to the scene of a vehicle that struck an unoccupied parked vehicle. Officers gathered information about the striking vehicle and knocked on the door. The owner of the striking vehicle answered the door and was given citations. Due to the officer's report of the owner of the striking vehicle, an MVA Medical Referral was completed through Etix.

The building was checked, and it was found that the door had been left unsecured after the employees left. There was no damage, and no items were missing. The door was secured.

2143 Hours-Civil Dispute-7500 Block of Riverdale Rd: Officers responded to a property dispute at this location. Officers were able to assist with the retrieval of necessary items. Officers advised both parties on how to proceed further.

2331 Hours-Vandalism-6100 Block of 86th Ave: Officers responded to this location for a report of vandalism. It was found that the person who caused the damage to the vehicle was known to the caller and was also a roommate. The caller was advised to seek charges through the district courts.

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
