0816 Hours- Theft-  8200 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers responded to the listed location for a theft. Upon arrival, contact was made with the caller, who stated that a male subject may have stolen a bag of chips. The theft couldn't be verified, but the caller was advised.

Both vehicles were impounded, and officers were able to exchange information for both drivers. Upon the officers' arrival, the male subject was already gone.
