0610 Hours- Disorderly- 7600 Block of Powhatan St: Officers were following up on an ongoing party complaint. While officers were in the area, officers heard a man exit the residence screaming and bleeding from the hand. Officers investigated the incident and discovered the subject cut his hand on broken glass. While investigating, officers discovered an after-hours club being operated in the basement. Officers photographed the residence and sent the photographs to code enforcement. NCPD command were notified. Report Generated

Upon the officers' arrival, the male subject was already gone.
