2226 Hours -Suspicious Person- 5300 Block of 85th Ave: Officers responded to the listed location for a male subject tampering with vehicles. Upon arrival, officers canvassed the area but the male subject had fled the area upon officer's arrival. No Report
2250 Hours -Disorderly- 8400 Block of Annapolis Rd: The Officers responded to the listed location for a disorderly female. Officers spoke with the female subject who had just made a purchase at the listed location. She was sent on her way without incident. No Report
0021 Hours -Suspicious Person- 8500 Block of Annapolis Rd: While working secondary employment, officers were notified that a male subject was smoking marijuana inside the ballroom. The male subject was then asked to leave the ballroom by the hotel staff. Once outside, he continued to smoke the CDS. Officers then instructed him to put the marijuana cigarette out and leave. The male subject refused to obey the officer's instructions and became combative. Officers used force and placed the male subject under arrest. The male subject was then transported to a local hospital for medical treatment. While in the hospital, the arrested told medical staff that he wanted to hurt himself to avoid being transported to the Department of Corrections. The arrested was then placed into the care and custody of the hospital under an Emergency Petition. A warrant application was completed and submitted to the District Court Commissioner for review.
