0228 Hours -Attempt Theft from Auto- Officers responded to two subjects who were observed taking rims off a vehicle. Officers arrived on the scene and chased the subjects. The subjects drove an orange Dodge Charger and a 4-door black Cadillac with unknown DC tags. The suspects' vehicles fled on the parkway towards Anne Arundel County. The victim's vehicle still had all the rims on the vehicle, but all the lugnuts were taken off. The victim resecured the lugnuts and moved the vehicle into the garage.
