0638 Hours- Stolen Auto 7900 Block Legation Road - Caller reported his vehicle stolen, however; officers from previous shift had impounded the car because it had displayed registration plates that belong to another car, the caller has advised no report.   

0814 Hours- Premise Check- 5200-5400 Block of 85th Avenue- Officers on patrol conducted a premise check of the Hilltop and Carrollan Garden apartment complexes in search for any suspicious vehicles, persons or activities, none of which observed. 
No Report.

0931 Hours- Premise Check-  8500 Block Annapolis Road- Officers on patrol conducted a premise check of the area in search for suspicious vehicles, persons and activities, none of which were observed. 
No Report. 

1010 Hours- Traffic Enforcement- 5700 Block of 85th avenue - Officers conducted traffic enforcement measures for violations observed at the above location. Officers stopped drivers for moving violations and issued citations and warnings to the offending drivers — no impounds/arrests conducted during this enforcement action. No Report.

1124 Hours- Premise Check- 5500 Block of Karen Elaine Drive- Officers on patrol conducted a premise check of the Fontainebleau and Frenchman's Creek Apartments and condominiums in search for suspicious vehicles, persons and activities, none of which observed. No Report.  

1231 Hours Fraud 5500 Block Karen Elaine Drive, no fraud verified, the caller wanted to report she received a phone call from an unknown person asking for her personal information, which she declined to provide. The caller advised, no report.

1348 Hours- Premise Check- 8200 Block Annapolis Road- Officers conducted a routine patrol of the CVS Pharmacy in search for any suspicious persons/activities yielding negative results. No Report.  

1415 Hours- Traffic Complaint Veterans Pkwy & Annapolis Road, the caller responded to NCPD headquarters to report an aggressive driver and that the vehicle was following him. The suspect vehicle fled in an unknown direction, and the caller refused further police services. No report. 

1437 Hours- Disorderly 7600 Block Riverdale Road, The caller was advised this is a civil matter and to seek further assistance through the Land Lord Tenant Court located in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. No report. 

1512 Hours- Sexual Assault 8300 Block Donoghue Drive, The mother, daughter, and suspect were transported to Prince George’s County Police CID Sex Crimes Unit headquarters for further investigation. Report documented

1553 Hours-Residential Alarm 6100 Block 85th place, Officers responded and checked the residence and observed no sign of crime all doors and windows secured. No report.

1620 Hours Disorderly 8500 Block Oglethorpe Street, Caller reported his neighbor that is a mechanic performed work on his vehicle and was not satisfied with the outcome. Officers advised the caller this is a civil matter and he can seek further assistance through the District Courts. No report. 
    
1800 HOURS TRESPASSING COMPLAINT-7600 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD- OFFICERS RESPONDED OUT AND MADE CONTACT WITH THE SIG 4. THE SIG 4 ADVISED THAT APPLIANCES HAD BEEN MOVED IN THE HOUSE BUT NOTHING HAD BEEN TAKEN. REPORT WRITTEN

1835 HOURS-FRAUD REPORT- 8200 BLOCK QUENTIN STREET- OFFICERS RESPONDED OUT AND MADE CONTACT WITH THE SIG 4 WHO ADVISED HE HAD ALREADY FILED A FRAUD REPORT WITH HIS BANK AND NEEDED A CASE NUMBER. THE SIG 4 WAS ADVISED. NO REPORT

1910 HOURS- NOISE COMP- 6400 BLOCK FAIRBANKS ST- OFFICERS CHECKED THE AREA NOTHING FOUND. NO REPORT

1957 HOURS- DEATH INVESTIGATION- 8123 GAVIN ST- OFFICERS LOCATED D-1 WAS FOUND IN A THE BACK BEDROOM D-1 WAS STILL BREATHING ON SCENE. D-1 WAS TRANSPORTED TO PRINCE GEORGE'S HOSPITAL WERE HE SUCCUMBED TO HIS INJURIES. PG COUNTY HOMICIDE AND THE MEDICAL EXAMINER WERE NOTIFIED AND RESPONDED TO THE SCENE. CAPTAIN BUTLER AND DET. ROBINSON WERE NOTIFIED OF THIS INCIDENT AND RESPONDED OUT. REPORT WRITTEN. CODED 505. DEATH INVESTIGATION.

0130 HOURS- CHECK WELFARE- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE- OFFICERS RESPONDED OUT FOR CHILDREN RUINING AROUND UN SUPERVISED, ON SCENE OFFICERS SPOKE TO THE OWNERS OF THE RESIDENCE. THEY WERE ADVISED. NO REPORT

0250 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 6100 BLOCK LAMONT DR- OFFICERS CHECKED THE AREA FOR SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY, AREA CHECKED CLEAR NOTHING FOUND.

0418 HOURS- STOLEN AUTO- 6400 BLOCK LAMONT DR- OFFICERS RESPONDED OUT AND MET R-1. R-1 REPORTED HER MOTHERS VEHICLE HAD BEEN STOLEN FROM HER DRIVE WAY. R-1 REPORTED SHE LEFT THE KEYS IN THE VEHICLE WITH THE DOORS UNLOCKED. OFFICERS WERE ABLE TO LIFT FINGERPRINTS OFF PACKAGING MATERIALS THAT WERE REMOVED FROM THE VEHICLE BY S-1 (UNKNOWN).   0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
