0630 HOURS-Domestic Dispute-5300 block 85th Ave.- Officers found that the male half did assault her by striking her in her face. Officers photographed the female half and advised her of her options with the courts.

1425 HOURS-Premise Check-7500 block Topton St.- Officers canvassed this area for any possible parking violations as well as ensuring there was no criminal activity in the residential area. NO REPORT

1500 HOURS-Premise Check-5200-5400 block 85th Ave.- Officers canvassed this area for any possible criminal activity due to the recent break-ins in the area. NO REPORT

1552 HOURS-Premise Check-6200 block Westbrook Dr.- Officers monitored traffic patterns in the area looking for any traffic violations. NO REPORT

1624 HOURS-Suspicious Person-8200 block Annapolis Rd.- Officers responded and found that the male was not the same male as the previous incident. NO REPORT

1705 HOURS-Commercial Alarm-8300 block Annapolis Rd.- Officers found that the establishment was closed and no damage occurred to the establishment. NO REPORT

1817 Naked Person/ 8400 block Legation Rd - caller advised a male was walking down the street naked. Officers canvassed the area with negative results. No Report

1829 Accident/ Annapolis Rd @ Veterans Pkwy/ Officers conducted a field sobriety test, which the driver of unit 1 failed. Driver of Unit 1 was transported to Upper Marlboro Department of Corrections. Report Written

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
