0905 hrs., Station call for a hit and run/ once we spoke with the caller it was discovered the accident happened on Harkins Rd. We contacted Prince George's County Police who asked her to come to District 1 to file the report.

1100 hrs., Residential check/ 7300 Gavin St, Citizens complaint of Suspicious Persons loitering in front of houses and around the vehicles, check clear.

1150 hrs., Residential check/ 5500 Blk of Karen Elaine Dr, Citizens complaint of Suspicious Persons loitering in front of buildings and around the vehicles, check clear.
1215 hrs., Residential check/ 7501 Riverdale Rd, Citizens complaint of Suspicious Persons loitering in front of buildings and around the vehicles, check clear.

1410 hrs., Check welfare/ 6400 Blk 85th PL Robert Frost Elementary School, caller stated a male student fled from the school across the football field to Good Luck Road. School staff pursued the child and made contact with him on on Cathedral Ave.
1520 hrs., Business Check/ 7-11, check clear.
1530 hrs., Fraud Report/ 5800 Blk Runford Dr, the caller stated while at the Motor Vehicle Administration to take his road test he was advised he had an unpaid ticket in Pennsylvania. The caller stated he has never traveled to Pennsylvania. After failed attempts in trying to obtain information on the ticket, the caller was referred Penn Dot who advised the caller of what to do to dispute the ticket.
1534 hrs., Accident/5300 Blk 85th Ave, the caller stated her cousin who suffers from a mental illness was walking her dog. The dog broke away a ran into the roadway and was struck by a passing vehicle.
1652 hrs., Theft/ 8100 Blk Rycroft Ave, the caller stated unknown suspect stole his Black Lives Matter sign from his lawn between 02/21/17 at 1900 hrs till 02/22/17 at 1600 hrs.
1715 hrs., Business Check/ Carrollton Enterprise, check clear.
1755 HOURS- ACCIDENT- 8600 BLK ANNAPOLIS RD.- UNIT 1 STRUCK UNIT 2, CAUSING DAMAGE TO BOTH VEHICLES AND DISABLING THEM. ALL REQUIRED INFORMATION WAS GATHERED FOR REPORT AND BOTH VEHICLES WERE IMPOUNDED. (A.C.R.S.)
1840 HOURS- NOISE COMPLAINT- SPRAGUE PL./FAIRBANKS ST.- ANONYMOUS REPORT OF A VEHICLE PARKED AT THE LOCATION WITH LOUD MUSIC PLAYING. OFFICERS RESPONDED AND CANVASE THE AREA BUT DID NOT OBSERVE THE VEHICLE OR ANY DISTURBANCE.
1910 HOURS- ASSIST MOTORIST- 8600 BLK ANNAPOLIS RD.- OFFICERS OBSERVED A VEHICLE DISABLED AND BLOCKING THE TRAVE LANE. THE DRIVER OF THE VEHICLE ARRANGED A PRIVATE TOW AND THE VEHICLE WAS REMOVED.
1925 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLK 85TH AVE.- COMPLAINTS OF MALES LOITERING, TRESPASSING, SMOKING C.D.S. AND DRINKING. AREA WAS CANVASED, NO VIOLATIONS WERE OBSERVED.
2031 HOURS- RECOVERED STOLEN AUTO- 8500 BLK SPRAGUE PL.- OFFICERS ON PATROL OBSERVED A VEHICLE WITH NUMEROUS PARKING CITATIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS DISCOVERED REPORTED STOLEN FROM MONT. CO. THE VEHICLE WAS PHOTOGRAPHED, PROCESSED FOR EVIDENCE AND IMPOUNDED.

2200 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- DARCARS- ALL CLEAR.
2254 HOURS- E.P.S.- 8600 ANNAPOLIS RD.- A FEMALE WAS OBSERVED WALKING IN THE TRAVEL LANES INTO ONCOMING TRAFFIC. THE FEMALE WAS STOPPED, IDENTIFIED, MADE SUICIDAL STATEMENTS, WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY AND TRANSPORTED TO LAUREL REGIONAL HOSPITAL FOR AN E.P.S.
