0050 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- 5440 85TH AVE.- COMPLAINTS OF MALES LOITERING, TRESPASSING, SMOKING C.D.S. AND DRINKING. AREA WAS CANVASED, NO VIOLATIONS WERE OBSERVED.
0149 HOURS- CHECK WELFARE- 7600 BLK FOUNTAINEBLEAU DR. - CALLER WAS HAVING A VERBAL DISPUTE WITH HER ADULT SPECIAL NEEDS DAUGHTER. OFFICERS RESPONDED AND MET WITH BOTH PARTIES. THE DAUGHTER DID NOT MEET REQUIREMENTS FOR AN E.P.S.; THE MOTHER WAS REFERRED TO SOCIAL SERVICES, S800 WAS NOTIFIED AND RESPONDED TO SCENE.

OFFICERS RESPONDED, ASSISTED PGPD RST WITH THE APPREHENSION, TRANSPORT AND SECURITY OF THE SUSPECTS. THE SUSPECTS WERE TAKEN TO DIST 1 FOR INTERVIEW; 2 BB-GUNS WERE RECOVERED ON SCENE IN REFERENCE TO THE ROBBERY. HANDLED BY PGPD.

1225 hrs., 6100 Blk 85th Ave./ Threats Complaint, not a threats complaint the caller stated she received a phone call from an unknown person and unknown number stating he wanted money for her daughter that he was keeping. Caller stated her daughter is only 8 months old and was in the house with her. She was advised it was possibly a scam to get money or her account number. She was advised not to give any information to the caller if they call back.

1310 hrs., 7700 Blk Riverdale Rd/ Threats complaint, three juveniles were stopped for threatening the cleaning crew at the apartment complex (Heritage Square.) All were released to their parents and banned from the complex.
1347 hrs., 7300 Blk Longbranch Dr/ Residential Alarm, check secure unknown cause for activation.
1525 hrs., Business Check/ Plaza 30, check clear.
1535 hrs.,8461 Annapolis Rd/ Traffic stop, clear with a warning.
1550 hrs., 85th Ave @ Westbrook Dr/ Traffic stop, clear with citations
1610 hrs., 8300 Blk Sprague Pl./ Vandalism Call, Caller stated someone shot BB's at his front picture window and caused damage.
1640 hrs., 8400 Blk Annapolis Rd/ Warrant Service, female caller turned her husband in for Fail To Appear Warrants on him, he was arrested and transported for processing.
1715 hrs., 8300 Blk Annapolis Rd/ Alarm from the waiting room and treatment room. Accidental by employees left in the building still working.
1735 hrs., 8400 Blk Annapolis Rd/ Suicidal Male, he stated he has been off of his medication for awhile and was suicidal. He stated he just wanted to go to the hospital and sign himself in. He was transported by Fireboard for Voluntary EPS.
1828 Hours Noise Complaint- 5500 Blk Karen Elaine Drive officers met with the problem half and advised to keep the noise level down. All clear
1845 Hours Assist Fire Department 5400 Blk 85th Avenue, Kentland Fire Dept. detected a strong odor of gas coming from this unit, they made force entry and everything was checked ok. Officers were able to make contact with maintenance and they secured the door. All clear
1857 Hours Domestic Standby 7600 Blk Vicar Place, Caller wanted officers to standby, while he get custody of his child from the mother; however, the mother was not home at the required time. He was advised to seek further assistance from the district court regarding his child custody dispute. All clear
1925 Hours Residential Alarm 8300 Blk Larchwood Street, Accidental by home owner, he was advised all clear.
2030 Hours Disorderly 7790 Riverdale Road (Shoppers) the complaint stated his ex-girlfriend was harassing him while working. The ex-girlfriend was gone prior to officers arrival, a canvass of the area was conducted which yielded negative results. The caller stated he did not want to file a report, however, he was advised to seek a temporary protective through the district court. All clear
2120 Hours Premises Check Dodge Darcars Dealership All clear
2230 Hours Suspicious Occupied Vehicle Madison and 87th avenue Officers patrolling and observed a vehicle parked and idling in the dark, the driver slide down in his seat in attempt to conceal himself. He was stopped and checked for warrants which yielded negative results; he stated he was involved in an argument with his girlfriend and wanted to spend some time alone to calm down. He reside in the area, he was advised and then sent on his way.
2250 Hours Suicide 7600 Blk Vicar Street Caller reported her mother was suicidal, officers responded and made contact with the mother who stated she was not suicidal, she had a bad day at work and she just wanted to vent to someone. The caller was contacted via telephone and advised, the mother checked ok and she was advised. All clear
2300 Hours Suspicious Occupied vehicle 7710 Riverdale Road (Lowes) Vehicle was parked, idling in the dark. Officers made contact with the driver who stated he was tired and was falling asleep behind the wheel, so he stopped to get rest. He checked negative for warrants, he was advised then sent on his way.
2318 Hours Vehicle accident with DUI Arrest-Intersection of Annapolis Road and 85th Avenue, Unit-1 was traveling EB Annapolis road at a high rate of speed and struck Unit-2 in the rear who was stopped at a red circular signal. Both parties refused medical treatment on scene and Unit-1 was the only vehicle impounded. The driver of Unit-1 was found to be intoxicated, S.F.T.S was performed which he failed, he was transported to PGPD District 6 for a Chemical Breathalyzer Exam. He was issued several citations for the observed traffic offenses, advised, and then release. Report written
