Upon arrival, the officer contacted parking enforcement, who stated the vehicle had been abandoned. The vehicle also displayed fraudulent temporary tags. The vehicle was impounded. 0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear. 0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear. 0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence. Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping. Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time. The individuals were advised and sent on their way.
