Unknown activation all clear - no report.  1043 Hrs., Lost Property Caller  7800 block Riverdale Road -  Caller  stated she left her keys in a Uber, on 03/22/2017 while in Washington, DC  and the driver refused to return them to her.  Officers contacted the driver via telephone who stated the caller was rude and belligerent, which is the reason why he refused to return the keys.
