Upon arrival, officers met with the caller who stated she was arguing with her boyfriend and wanted him to leave. The caller was advised that officers couldn't force him out of the residence for that reason. The male subject exited the vehicle and approached a City of New Carrollton employee. In fear for her safety, the employee ran and alerted the officer inside the building. Officers then made contact with the male subject at the rear of the station. The male subject was identified and discovered to have a mental disability.
