a disorderly female disturbing employees of the T/A. Upon arrival, Officers
made contact with the caller who stated the female had left the location.

Stolen (accident)- 5900 block Westbrook Drive-
While on patrol, Officers observed an accident at the location. Unit 1 had lost
control striking Unit 2, a parked vehicle. Both vehicles were impounded by
Charly's Towing and PG County Telecommunications was notified. The owner of

(Arrest)- 7700
block Riverdale Road- Officers responded to the Shopper's after caller
stated the disorderly female from the morning had returned once again
disturbing patrons and T/A employees. The female became extremely volatile with
Officers and began resisting arrest, while also causing a public disturbance.
The female was subsequently placed under arrest and transported to Hyattsville Department
of Corrections for a presentation of charges. Report Written

Juvenile Services- 8400
block Melissa Street- Officers were asked to assist PG County Juvenile
Services with transporting a juvenile to the Cheltenham Juvenile Detention
Center. PGPD responded and handled the call due to Officers being tied up on
the previous incident. No Report.
1555 Hours- Accident- 8300 block Annapolis Road- There
were no injuries observed or reported. Both vehicles were still operable,
therefore an information exchange was conducted and provided to both drivers.

Road & Annapolis Road- The man was under the influence of C.D.S.
presumably, PCP. The male was coherent and compliant with Officers. The male
was then placed in a marked patrol cruiser and transported to Washington
Adventist Hospital for an Emergency Psychiatric Evaluation. Report Written

Officers made contact with the caller's mother who advised Officers the
juvenile was going through an episode as a result of her mental illness.
Officers made contact with the juvenile female who refused police services
stating she was fine. Both parties were advised. No Report.

Release- NCPD H.Q.- Officers were
flagged down by a citizen for a vehicle release form. It was discovered the
vehicle had been impounded by PGPD, the complainant was advised. No Report.
