0705 hrs., Accident / 8600 block of Annapolis Road,  Unit-1 attempted to make a left turn from eastbound Annapolis road on to 495 SB, failed to control speed and struck Unit-2 while traveling westbound Annapolis road.  No injuries reported and both vehicles impounded by Charlie’s Towing for safe keeping. REPORT WRITTEN
0850 hrs., Premise Check / 5328-5334 85th avenue, Officers checked the area of the torched buildings, everything clear, private security on the scene. No report.
1220 Hrs., Disorderly / 8400 Block of Annapolis Road, Caller, reported a dark-colored Toyota Camry driving aggressively and erratically. Officers responded and canvassed the area with negative results. No report.
1430 Hrs., Disabled Motorist / 8600 Block Annapolis Road, vehicle disabled due to engine malfunction, blocking travel lanes, for safety purposes, officers assisted in removing the car from the road to clear the path. No report.    
1642 Hrs., Recovered Stolen Auto / 7500 block of Riverdale Road, an anonymous citizen reported a late model white Lexus displaying Washington, D.C. tags parked in the roadway for an extended period and it appeared stolen. While in route, Police communications conducted a registration check which revealed the vehicle, unlawfully taken from The District of Columbia on 10/21/18. Fingerprints yield negative results; an impound inventory search showed nothing of value, Charlies towing responded and impounded the car for safekeeping. REPORT WRITTEN
1846 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  ALL CLEAR.

1910 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 7400 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

1915 HOURS- ACCIDENT- ANNAPOLIS RD./VETERANS PKWY.-  UNIT 1 STRUCK UNIT 2 CAUSING MINOR DAMAGE TO BOTH VEHICLES.  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO SCENE AND FACILITATED AN EXCHANGE OF REQUIRED INFORMATION BETWEEN INVOLVED PARTIES.

2116 HOURS- PARKING COMPLAINT- 6600 BLOCK ADRIAN ST.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AFTER THE CALLER COMPLAINED A VEHICLE WAS BLOCKING THE RESIDENCE DRIVEWAY.  OFFICERS LOCATED THE OWNER OF THE VEHICLE AND THE VEHICLE WAS MOVED TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION.

2120 HOURS- DISORDERLY- 5500 BLOCK KAREN ELAINE DR. -  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AFTER THE CALLER CLAIMED THERE WAS A GROUP OF PEOPLE OUTSIDE HER RESIDENCE.  OFFICERS SEARCHED THE BUILDING STAIRWELL AND BASEMENT WITH NEGATIVE RESULTS. 

2233 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- METRO POINTS-  ALL CLEAR.

0017 HOURS- 911 HANG-UP- DARCARS DODGE- OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A 911 OPEN LINE.  OFFICERS DISCOVERED THE T/A SECURE, CLOSED FOR BUSINESS, AND UNOCCUPIED.  PRIVATE SECURITY WAS ON SCENE, AND WAS ADVISED OF THE INCIDENT.  UNKNOWN CAUSE FOR THE 911 OPEN LINE.

0038 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8300 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

0111 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  ALL CLEAR.

0141 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

 0158 HOURS- UNKNOWN TROUBLE- 6400 BLOCK INLET ST.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE AREA FOR AN ANONYMOUS COMPLAINT OF A MALE YELLING IN THE STREET FOR HELP.  OFFICERS CANVASSED THE ENTIRE AREA WITH NEGATIVE RESULTS, AND THE CALLER WAS UNREACHABLE BY DISPATCH FOR FURTHER INFORMATION.

0222 HOURS- LOUD PARTY- 5300 BLOCK 85TH AVE. - OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR REPORT OF PEOPLE ARGUING.  OFFICERS DISCOVERED A LOUD PARTY AT THE APARTMENT, NO ALTERCATIONS WERE OBSERVED, THE RESIDENTS WERE MET, ADVISED, AND THE PARTY SHUT DOWN.

0248 HOURS- DISORDERLY- 7400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  OFFICERS ON PATROL OBSERVED A DISPUTE BETWEEN AN INTOXICATED MALE CUSTOMER AND AN EMPLOYEE AT THE T/A.  THE CUSTOMER PAID FOR HIS ITEMS AND LEFT THE SCENE WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT.

0331 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8500 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

0407 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- CARROLLTON ELEMENTARY-  ALL CLEAR.

0500 HOURS- TRESPASSING ARREST- DARCARS DODGE- OFFICERS ON PATROL OBSERVED A FEMALE INSIDE ONE OF THE DISPLAY VEHICLES ON THE SALES LOT.  WHEN CONFRONTED, THE FEMALE ATTEMPTED TO FLEE, THEN ATTEMPTED TO FIGHT OFFICERS AND RESIST ARREST.  THE FEMALE WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY, TRANSPORTED TO U/M D.O.C. AND CHARGED ACCORDINGLY.  NO OFFICERS WERE INJURED DURING THIS INCIDENT; THE SUSPECT WAS ALSO UNINJURED. REPORT WRITTEN

0657 Hours - Stolen Auto - 7700 Block of Riverdale Road: An unknown suspect stole the victim's vehicle during the overnight hours fleeing in an unknown direction. The victim was provided case numbers and advised to contact her insurance company. Report Written 0807 Hours - Suspicious Person - 7700 Block of Riverdale Rd: An unknown caller advised a male in gray was asleep under the stairwell unresponsive. Officers responded and made contact with the subject who advised he was on the bus all night and needed a place to sleep. The male checked negative for warrants and was sent on his way. Report Written 0937 Hours - Fraud - 6016 Princess Garden Pkwy: The victim advised an unknown suspect hacked his EBT benefits spending them earlier this month. 0645 Hours -Premise Check- 8400 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, but nothing was found. 0722 Hours -Premise Check- 8500 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, but nothing was found. 0813 Hours -Vandalism- 7900 Block of Legation Rd: Officers responded to the listed location for the vandalism of a vehicle. Officers spoke with the caller who stated his vehicle had been broken into. Officers gathered all information needed and generated a report.  Report Written 1028 Hours -Disorderly- 8500 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers responded to the listed location for a disorderly male.
