0700 hrs., Premise Check - 5328-5334 85th avenue, Officers checked the area of the torched buildings, everything clear, private security on the scene. No report.
0920 Hrs., Burglary – 6500 block Quentin Court, Caller reported unknown suspect(s) entered his vacant property (for sale) through an unsecured window and stole all of his kitchen appliances, (Dishwasher, Stove, Microwave, and Refrigerator) then fled in an unknown direction. CID informed. REPORT WRITTEN
1018 hrs., Commercial Alarm – 8300 block Annapolis Road - Staff member, advised they had electrical problems with their alarm system, and they already place a work order. No report.  
1022 Hrs., M.P.S. – 6100 block Lamont Drive - juvenile female student purchased CDS from social media the night before, brought it school and consumed it while in gym class then later requires medical attention. SRO Hughes responded on the scene; Prince George's County Ambulance responded and provided medical care. NCPD CID and PG NED notified. NC-3 and Child Protective Services informed. REPORT WRITTEN
1313 Hrs., Disorderly – 8400 block Annapolis Road - Store employee reported a citizen refused to make a purchase and was loitering in the dining area. The suspect left before officers arrived, a canvass of the area revealed negative results. No report.   
1400 Hrs., Assist - Harkins Road & Annapolis Road, Prince George's County Police requested assistance for a combative suspect. Officers responded and assisted with placing the suspect into custody without any incident or injury to officers. No report.  
1435 Hrs., Return call/ Commercial Call – 8300 block Annapolis Road - Store manager the advised the alarm system requires maintenance. All clear no report.  
1451 Hrs., Suspicious person – 5300 block 85th Avenue, Caller reported a female suspect sleeping in the hallway. Officers responded and located nothing. The caller wished to remain anonymous, and no detail description provided. No report. 
1619 Hrs., CDS complaint – 7800 block Riverdale Road, An anonymous caller reported several males in the park/playground smoking. Officers responded and conducted a foot patrol of the entire playground, basketball court and located nothing or crime. No report. 
1635 Hrs., Death Notification – 5300 block 85th Avenue - R-1 located her brother D-1 unresponsive on the couch in the living room. Prince George's County Ambulance arrived on scene and pronounced D-1 deceased. Medical Examiner and PGPD homicide unit notified, no action taken. The family contacted a Funeral Home who responded and took custody. Command staff informed. REPORT WRITTEN     
1802 HOURS- THEFT- 5500 BLOCK KAREN ELAINE DR. - OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A COMPLAINT OF MISSING PACKAGES.  THE CALLER WAS MET, AND COULD NOT PROVIDE CONFIRMATION THE PACKAGES WERE DELIVERED BY THE CARRIER. THE CALLER WAS ADVISED TO CONTACT THE CARRIER AND OBTAIN DELIVERY RECEIPTS.

1828 HOURS- THREATS COMPLAINT- NCPD HQ- A CIVILIAN WALKED IN TO NCPD HQ COMPLAINING THAT A FEMALE ACQUAINTANCE HAD THREATENED HER WHILE SHE WAS AT WORK.  THE CITIZEN WAS NOT A RESIDENT OF NEW CARROLLTON, NO THREATS COULD BE VERIFIED, AND THE CIVILIAN WAS REFERRED TO THE COURT COMMISSIONER FOR A PROTECTIVE ORDER.

1848 HOURS- M.P.S.- 7500 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD. - OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A LANDLORD/TENANT DISPUTE.  OFFICERS MET THE LANDLORD, WHO COMPLAINED THE TENANT PASSED A FRAUDULENT MONEY ORDER, AND TOOK A REFRIGERATOR FROM INSIDE THE RESIDENCE.  OFFICERS MET THE TENANT, WHO WAS REPLACING THE REFRIGERATOR AFTER THE OLD ONE STOPPED WORKING, AND PROVIDED RECEIPTS FOR THE MONEY ORDERS.  NCPD4 WAS ON SCENE. REPORT WRITTEN

2018 HOURS- CHECK WELFARE- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AFTER A CITIZEN FLAGGED OFFICERS DOWN ABOUT A MALE PASSED OUT BEHIND THE LOCATION.  THE MALE WAS DISCOVERED TO BE EXTREMELY INTOXICATED, AND WAS TRANSPORTED TO P.G.H. BY P.G.F.D.  HANDLED BY P.G.F.D.

2101 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  ALL CLEAR.

2147 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- CHARLES CARROLL-  ALL CLEAR.

2223 HOURS- DISORDERLY- 5500 BLOCK KAREN ELAINE DR.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR AN ANONYMOUS COMPLAINT OF A LARGE GROUP OF PEOPLE BEING LOUD IN THE PARKING LOT.  OFFICERS MET THE PEOPLE INVOLVED, WHO WERE RESIDENTS HAVING A FAMILY GET TOGETHER AFTER THE DEATH OF A LOVED ONE.  THE PEOPLE WERE ADVISED AND THEY AGREED TO MOVE INTO THEIR RESIDENCE.

2317 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

0004 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- HERITAGE SQUARE-  ALL CLEAR.

0057 HOURS- SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE- 5300 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR AN ANONYMOUS COMPLAINT OF AN OCCUPIED VEHICLE PARKED IN THE LOT WITH TEMPORARY REGISTRATION.  OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH THE OCCUPANTS OF THAT VEHICLE, WHO WERE RESIDENTS THAT RECENTLY PURCHASED THAT VEHICLE.

0112 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

0142 HOURS- SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE- 8500 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AFTER MANAGEMENT COMPLAINED OF A VEHICLE ABANDONED AT THE LOCATION WITH ITS LIGHTS LEFT ON.  OFFICERS LOCATED THE VEHICLE IN QUESTION, MADE CONTACT WITH T/A MANAGEMENT, AND THE OWNER OF THE VEHICLE WAS DISCOVERED TO BE A REGISTERED GUEST. THE OWNER WAS NOTIFIED AND RESPONDED TO THE VEHICLE TO TURN OFF THEIR LIGHTS.

0211 HOURS- ASSIST P.G.P.D.- 7500 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  

0309 HOURS- DISORDERLY ARREST- 8300 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE GRAND CHAPARRAL TO ASSIST A PART TIME OFFICER WITH A DISORDERLY MALE.  THE MALE WAS INTOXICATED, BECAME BELLIGERENT WITH OFFICERS AND REFUSED TO LEAVE THE SCENE.  THE MALE WAS SUBSEQUENTLY ARRESTED AND TRANSPORTED TO HYATTSVILLE D.O.C. FOR CHARGING. REPORT WRITTEN

0410 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  ALL CLEAR.

0657 Hours - Stolen Auto - 7700 Block of Riverdale Road: An unknown suspect stole the victim's vehicle during the overnight hours fleeing in an unknown direction. The victim was provided case numbers and advised to contact her insurance company. Report Written 0807 Hours - Suspicious Person - 7700 Block of Riverdale Rd: An unknown caller advised a male in gray was asleep under the stairwell unresponsive. Officers responded and made contact with the subject who advised he was on the bus all night and needed a place to sleep. The male checked negative for warrants and was sent on his way. 0645 Hours -Premise Check- 8400 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, but nothing was found. 0722 Hours -Premise Check- 8500 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, but nothing was found. 0813 Hours -Vandalism- 7900 Block of Legation Rd: Officers responded to the listed location for the vandalism of a vehicle. Officers spoke with the caller who stated his vehicle had been broken into. Officers gathered all information needed and generated a report.  Report Written 1028 Hours -Disorderly- 8500 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers responded to the listed location for a disorderly male.
