0834 Traffic Impound (LPR)/  Veterans Pkwy @ Riverdale Rd / while on patrol, the LPR alerted to a vehicle with an MSP Pick-Up Order. The driver was advised, cited and vehicle impounded. REPORT WRITTEN

0920 Vandalism/ 8500 block Oglethorpe St / the victim believes her boyfriend's ex-wife drove on the lawn striking the flower bed and driving off. The incident happened overnight. There were no injuries to any humans. REPORT WRITTEN

0940 Recovered Property (LPR)/ 8500 block Oliver St / after completing the above-listed call for service. The officer's LPR alerted of an MSP Tag Pick-Up Order. The license plates were removed and vehicle impounded by Charlie's Towing.  REPORT WRITTEN

1000 Premise Check/ 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. / area was clear

1037 Disorderly/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd store clerk was complaining about a subject in front of the store. Officer’s responded and no one was in front of the store. 

1115 Vandalism/ 7600 block Fontainebleau Dr. / unknown suspects attempted to gain entry into the laundry vending machine located at the front of the rental office. The suspects used an electric tool attempting to cut the machine open. Property management has the video of the incident. The incident occurred at approximately 0415 hrs. REPORT WRITTEN

1209 Disorderly/ 7900 block Legation Rd / caller was having a dispute with a resident. Upon officer’s arrival, the caller was unable to be located

1227 Premise Check/ 5700 Block 84th Ave / area was clear

1320 Assist/ 7700 block Garrison Rd / PGPD responded for a stabbing in the parking lot. The suspect vehicle fled toward Finns Ln. Officers located the victim as he returned to the scene. PGPD located the suspect at 85th @Annapolis Rd. Apprehension was made without incident and case will be handled by PGPD.

1401 Repair Order/ 6016 Princess Garden Pkwy the caller left prior to officers’ arrival

1420 Premise Check/ 8500 block Annapolis Rd no issues reported by staff 

1520 Residential Alarm/ 7300 block Sara St / alarm from foyer area. The doors were locked. The owner arrived and unlocked the door for officers to check the residence and it was clear

1720 Armed Person/ 7100 block Good Luck Rd officers responded and there's no such address. Communications were unsuccessful in reaching the complainant. Officer's canvassed the area with negative results

1810 hrs., 8300 block Donoghue Dr. / Loud music complaint, caller stated there was loud music coming from this location.  Officers arrived to find a microphone being used, which amplified the sound.  The owners of the property were apologetic and turned the microphone off.

1830 hrs., Business check/ New Carrollton city pool (Foot Patrol), check clear.

1850 hrs., Annapolis Rd at the Beltway/ Fight, caller stated two vehicles were stopped in the roadway and two men were fighting.  Officers arrived and canvassed the area with nothing found.

1920 hrs., 8400 Block of Annapolis Rd/ Vehicle Accident, two vehicles were involved in an accident with minor damage to both vehicles and no claims of injury on scene by both parties.  Officers exchanged information between parties.

2015 hrs., 5400 block 85th Ave/ Noise complaint, caller stated her neighbor was playing music too loud and it was being heard in her apartment.  Officers checked but did not hear any music playing.  She was advised to seek the assistance of the management office to attempt to solve the ongoing problem she is having with her neighbors.

2016 hrs., 6600 block Chestnut Ave/ Property Damage, caller stated a vehicle drove through her property and damaged her yard.  Officers arrived and spoke to the owner and the driver of the vehicle who stated he accidentally drove through her grass.  All information was gathered and the damage was documented. REPORT WRITTEN

2120 hrs., 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. / Sound of gun shots, caller stated they heard the sound of one gunshot.  Officers canvassed the area and spoke to citizens standing outside who stated it was fireworks.

2131 hrs., Annapolis Rd and 85th Ave/ Check on the welfare, Prince George's County Officer (off duty) stopped a driver who was possibly high on CDS.  Officers arrived to assist and discovered the male was extremely high on a CDS and he was transported to Prince George's Hospital for evaluation.  His vehicle was impounded for safekeeping. REPORT WRITTEN

2214 hrs., 5400 block 85th Ave/ Domestic dispute, caller advised he and his girlfriend were fighting and she pulled a knife out on him.  Officers spoke to both parties and no injuries were visible and there was no sign a knife was pulled on the caller.  At this time both parties were attempting to get the other in trouble to get them thrown out.  No assistance was taken by the officers for additional help with the relationship.  Both parties were advised and the male half elected to leave for the evening. REPORT WRITTEN

2240 hrs., Chipotle/ Disorderly, caller stated a male was yelling at her and beating her up.  Officers arrived and talked to the female who stated a male was yelling at her on the sidewalk.  She stated she did not know the male but just gave one descriptor.  She stated to the Officers she did not really see him and cannot describe him to us at all.  Officers canvassed the area but ended in negative results.  The caller was advised.

2258 hrs., Carrollton Pkwy and Lamont Dr. / Loud music complaint, caller stated there was a person playing the drums.  Officers checked the area with negative results.

2310 hrs., 8000 block Carrollton Pkwy/ Hit and run, caller stated they were away and when they returned home they found their headlight was cracked.  At this time it is unknown where it occurred or when it happened, they were advised.

0003 hrs., 6200 block Westbrook Dr. / Assault, caller stated he was assaulted by unknown persons.  Officers arrived and spoke to a male who stated he was sitting on the steps and two males came up to him and hit him and took his money.  This occurred at a party with many people and no one stated they saw anything. The caller was in the back yard the entire time.  There was no sign of him being struck and he had his money in his pocket.  The male was extremely intoxicated and taken home by persons at the party.

0025 hrs., 6200 block of Lamont Dr. / Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

0100 hrs., School check/ Charles Carroll Middle School, check clear.

0130 hrs., Business check/ Metro Points Hotel, check clear.

0145 hrs., Residential check/ 5300-5400 Block of 85th Ave, check clear.

0200 hrs., 8500 block Annapolis Rd/ Assist MSP with a possible carjacked Victim and the vehicle.  Victim flagged down Officers and stated his vehicle was carjacked by two males in Silver Spring.  Officers located it up on SR 495 and it struck another vehicle.  Handled by MSP.

0247 hrs., 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. / Suspicious person, caller stated they saw a male entering the building several times as well as an apartment with what appeared to be a gun in his hand.  Officers searched the inside and outside of the building as well as knocked on the door with negative results.

0320 hrs., 7-11/ Man down, Officers located a male lying on the ground outside of the business.  Officers woke the male to check on his welfare and discovered he was intoxicated.  A cab was called and the male was transported home with no incident.

0350 hrs., Residential check/ 5500 Block of Karen Elaine Dr. / check clear.

0415 hrs., Business check/ Shell Gas station, check clear.

0435 hrs., Business check/ 7-11, check clear.

0450 hrs., Business check/ Darcar's Dodge, check clear.

0657 Hours - Stolen Auto - 7700 Block of Riverdale Road: An unknown suspect stole the victim's vehicle during the overnight hours fleeing in an unknown direction. The victim was provided case numbers and advised to contact her insurance company. Report Written 0807 Hours - Suspicious Person - 7700 Block of Riverdale Rd: An unknown caller advised a male in gray was asleep under the stairwell unresponsive. Officers responded and made contact with the subject who advised he was on the bus all night and needed a place to sleep. The male checked negative for warrants and was sent on his way. 0645 Hours -Premise Check- 8400 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, but nothing was found. 0722 Hours -Premise Check- 8500 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, but nothing was found. 0813 Hours -Vandalism- 7900 Block of Legation Rd: Officers responded to the listed location for the vandalism of a vehicle. Officers spoke with the caller who stated his vehicle had been broken into. Officers gathered all information needed and generated a report.  Report Written 1028 Hours -Disorderly- 8500 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers responded to the listed location for a disorderly male. Upon the officers' arrival, the male subject was GOA.  No Report 1134 Hours -Theft- 7700 Block of Riverdale Rd: Officers responded to the listed location for theft.
