reference to a male who was trespassing. Officers responded, detained, and
identified the subject. A warrant check was negative and the subject was

Person/ Veterans Pkwy @ Annapolis Rd homeless male panhandling on the median.
The male checked negative for warrants and was advised of panhandling within
city limits. The male was photographed and sent on his way. REPORT WRITTEN

1635 Fraud/ 6106 Princess Garden Pkwy an unknown
suspect used the victims SSN and told him he owed money. REPORT WRITTEN
1738 Vandalism/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd the complainant alleged an unknown suspect
attempted to burglarize the apartment. All evidence supported the complainant’s
report of someone attempting to gain entry into her sister’s apartment. The
sister did not want to press charges and property management was on scene.

7700 Block of Annapolis Rd/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.
1920 hrs., 7700 Block of Annapolis Rd/ Loud explosion and Officers
located a pole on fire. The transformer blew and caught the pole on fire;
Officers closed the roadway, (Until approximately 2010 hrs.) The pole was
handled by Prince George's County Police and Pepco, we assisted with traffic
control, all cleared without incident.
1951 hrs., 8400 block Annapolis Rd/ Child locked in the
vehicle, Officers assisted with the extraction of the child by breaking out the
vehicle window. The father placed the child in the vehicle and the child
was playing with the keys. The father did not realize it and shut the door and
the child locked them. Officers called for fireboard to check the condition
of the child due to the heat and they cleared them. REPORT WRITTEN

2240 hrs., 7-11/ Theft, caller stated there was a male in the
business who stole a bag of potato chips. Officers assisted with the
matter and it was handled in the store, clear with none.
2320 hrs.,
Residential check/ 5400 Block of 85th Ave, check clear.
0005 hrs., 8300 block Carrollton Pkwy/ Males in the vehicle
smoking CDS, Officers arrived and located the males. Officers arrived
when the males were exiting the vehicle to go back into their residence.
No CDS was located at the time and all parties were advised.

Business check/ New Carrollton City Pool, check clear.
0106 hrs., 8300 block Oglethorpe St/ Domestic Dispute,
Officers arrived and spoke to both parties who stated they were having a verbal
argument over the location of a key. Both parties were uncooperative with
information but Officers did not see any signs other than it being verbal at
