Persons loitering in the building hallways, laundry rooms, front of buildings
and around the vehicles, check clear.
1015 hrs., 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. / Alarm, accidental by homeowner,
who stated the alarm is having a malfunction. He was on the phone with
the alarm company attempting to get it fixed.

1040 hrs., 6400 block Jodie St/ Check on the welfare, caller
stated he was afraid to go into his residence because of someone in the
area. While speaking to the caller he was at an exercise class and became
overwhelmed by the females in the class. He began to have an anxiety attack;
he has a fear due prior history with his mother. Caller refused help,
however Officers did attempt to advise him on where he may be able to get some
assistance.

Citizens complaint of Suspicious Persons loitering in the building hallways,

1325 hrs., 5400 block 85th
Ave/ Stolen vehicle, Caller stated he purchased a motorcycle from
Offer Up on Saturday. Caller stated when he purchased the motorcycle the
seller gave him a different address; there was no key with the motorcycle, and
no title as well. Caller stated the seller was going to take care of all
of those issues on Sunday but did not and he was not able to get in touch with
him. Caller gave the VIN number to MVA in order to register it and they
advised him it was stolen out of Virginia. Motorcycle was recovered
stolen and impounded for safekeeping. REPORT WRITTEN
1432 hrs., 7500 block Riverdale Rd/ Civil Matter, caller stated
she has been staying at her boyfriend’s apartment for 2 months and the landlord
keeps calling stating the April rent has not been paid. Caller stated she
felt that the landlord texting her if the rent is not paid they will be
evicted, however she was explained it was a civil matter that was between the
landlord and the tenant. Caller stated she was not on the lease and did
not know how to get in touch with the tenant. Caller was advised.
1505 hrs., Shoppers/ Warrant Arrest, Loss Prevention called for
a male who had stolen items. Once Officers arrived the male did not have
any identification; however the information he provided us was ran and came
back with an open warrant. The
male was transported to Upper Marlboro for
processing. REPORT WRITTEN

1623 hrs., 7600 block Riverdale Rd/ Disorderly persons, caller stated
they believed the old tenants caused damage to the apartment. Officers
spoke to the Property Manager who stated she knew it was a civil matter and was
going to file the paperwork to get the money from the tenant for the
damage. The tenant was on scene but did not have any information as to
who may have caused the damage; the Property Manager stated she would handle
the incident.

1904 hrs. Disorderly/ 7600 block Fontainebleau Dr., caller reported
she was wrongfully evicted from her unit. Officers responded and advised
the caller the eviction was carried out through the sheriff’s department.
1927 hrs. Parking complaint/ 8000 block Quentin St. / caller
reported a red Toyota that has not moved in one week. Officers responded,
the vehicle was stickered with 72 hour notice last night.

2005 hrs. Sig 5/ 8000 block Quentin St./ caller reported a
family member parked his vehicle on Quentin St. and wanted to know how long it
could stay parked on the roadway. The caller was advised the vehicle had been
stickered for tow after 5/2/2018.
