1728 Theft/ 7700 blk Riverdale Rd male exited the taxi without paying his fare. Driver requested case numbers to provide to management of his company
1803 hrs., Shoppers/ Disorderly female customer, female was upset due to the Security guard stating she was coming into the store daily and putting stuff in a bag she carries then walking up to the register and returning it. When Officers spoke to Customer Service the ladies stated she had a receipt and there were no problems with the female. Female customer was advised what she can do and sent on her way.
1828 hrs., 5400 blk 85th Ave/ CDS complaint, caller stated several people were outside being loud and smoking CDS. Officers observed a couple of males in the area with no signs of CDS use or being loud. They stated they were outside enjoying the nice day.
1843 hrs., Annapolis Rd at the Beltway/ Vehicle accident, Vehicles left the scene prior to Officers arrival. Area was checked, in case they moved the vehicles to get out of the roadway, with nothing found.
1849 hrs., 5300 blk 85th Ave #A-7/ Custody issue, caller stated the father was to return the children to her at 1830 hours but he did not. She attempted to call him several times but he refused to answer. Officers contacted the male and he stated he would meet the female half at the Police station in an hour. There was no custody order in place as of this time, the female half was advised what she needed to do.
1915 hrs., Stonefish Grille/ Alarm, Officers arrived and located an open door, there were no signs of forced entry but Officers conducted a search of the building to verify. Officers made contact with the key holder, Manager who secured the door. He stated he believes it was the maintenance crew who left the door open because they were at the location several minutes prior to the alarm call.
1945 hrs., 8600 blk of Annapolis Rd/ Traffic stop, stop was cleared without incident.
2000 hrs., Stonefish Grille/ Alarm, all doors were secure unknown cause for the activation.
2030 hrs., 8100 Blk of Annapolis Rd/ Traffic stop, stop was cleared without incident.
2110 hrs., Business Check/ 7-11, check clear.
2135 hrs., Business Check/ Plaza 30, check clear.
2240 hrs., Residential check/ Heritage Square Apts., citizen complaint of several males drinking, smoking CDS, and loitering on the basketball courts, area checked nothing found.
2250 hrs., Lamont Dr @ Quentin St/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.
2302 hrs., Lamont Dr. @ Good Luck Rd/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.
2328 hrs., 6000 Blk of Mentana St and the Pathway between Vera Cope Park and Powhatan St, Officers conducted a foot patrol in the area. Citizens have been complaining about, suspicious behavior, possible sale of drugs, gambling, and loitering of unknown persons, check clear.
2335 hrs., Residential check/ 5500 Blk of Karen Elaine Dr, Citizens complaint of Suspicious Persons loitering in front of buildings and around the vehicles, check clear.
2345 hrs., School Check/ Margaret Brent Specialized School, check clear.
2355 hrs., Shoppers/ Parking Ticket issued, cleared without incident.
