0050 ACRS/ 7800 Blk Powhatan St intoxicated driver struck two parked vehicles and overturned. No injuries to the driver. Two vehicles were impounded due to being disabled. The driver of the striking vehicle was cited for DUI and released

0315 Disorderly/ 5400 Blk 85th Ave resident was praying loud causing a disturbance to her housemates. The complainant needed assistance with filing for an eviction. They were given the proper information
0515 Search Warrant/ 6100 Blk 85th Ave suspect resides at the residence with his grandparents. NO ACTIVE WARRANTS AT THIS TIME. The suspect per RST has been arrested 4 times for armed robbery. The suspect was implicated and arrested for a robbery on or about February 5, 2017. The suspect was bonded out and had photos of him possessing another firearm. The grandparents advised the suspect lives with his father at an unknown address in DC. The search warrant was for evidence. No evidence was recovered from the residence.

1130 hrs., 7600 Blk Fountainebleau Dr/ Property damage, caller stated she came out this morning to her vehicle having damage done to it overnight by an unknown person and unknown means.
1215 hrs., Residential check/ 5500 Blk of Karen Elaine Dr, Citizens complaint of Suspicious Persons loitering in front of buildings and around the vehicles, check clear.
1245 hrs., Residential check/ 7500 Blk Riverdale Rd, Citizens complaint of Suspicious Persons loitering in front of buildings and around the vehicles, check clear.
1300 hrs., Business Check/ Lowe's, check clear.
1337 hrs., 5400 Blk 85th Ave / Room mate Dispute, caller stated the the woman she let live with her is now refusing to leave and they are fighting. Upon arrival the fight was verbal only and the room mate was not having a problem with a caller but with another room mate. The caller wanted her removed from her residence. She was advised what exact steps she needed to evict her and get a Peace Order. The room mate was packing up her items to leave.

1435 hrs., Business Check/ 7-11, check clear.
1515 hrs., 5400 Blk 85th Ave / The caller stated she did not want the Realtor knocking at her door. Upon arrival Officers spoke to the caller and she stated she just wanted to file a report. We attempted to speak to her about why when she just started to chant and sing. She refused to speak to us so again both parties were advised. The caller was in the process of moving her items from the residence permanently and waiting for a ride.
1621 hrs., 8498 Annapolis Rd/ Male was sitting in the dinning area and vomiting into a paper bag. After speaking with him he stated he was having a medical issue and wanted to go to the hospital. Handled by Fireboard.
1650 hrs., 8500 Annapolis Rd/ Persons stuck in an elevator, Fireboard was able to get the male and his children out of the elevator safely and with no issues.
1820 HOURS- VEHICLE RELEASE- NCPD HQ- CITIZEN WALKED INTO NCPD HQ REQUESTING A RELEASE FOR AN IMPOUNDED VEHICLE. THE CITIZEN COULD NOT PROVE OWNERSHIP OF THE VEHICLE AND WAS ADVISED TO RETURN WITH THE CORRECT DOCUMENTATION.
1854 HOURS- SUSPICIOUS PERSON- 5400 BLK 85TH AVE.- ANONYMOUS COMPLAINT OF TWO MALES LOITERING IN THE STAIRWELL. OFFICERS RESPONDED, LOCATED THE MALES, WHO WERE RESIDENTS CHARGING THEIR PHONES AND TALKING. THE MALES WERE ADVISED AND ALLOWED TO STAY.
1920 HOURS- UNKNOWN TROUBLE- 7500 BLK RIVERDALE RD. - EMERGENCY COMMUNICATIONS RECEIVED A 911 CALL, OPEN LINE WITH CHILDREN IN THE BACKGROUND. OFFICERS RESPONDED AND DISCOVERED TWO CHILDREN PLAYING WITH A PHONE, THE RESIDENT ADULT WAS ADVISED AND EVERYONE CHECKED OK.

2210 HOURS- LOCKOUT- 5300 BLK 85TH AVE.- WHILE CANVASING FOR THE SUSPECTS IN THE ABOVE CALL, OFFICERS WERE FLAGGED DOWN BY A CITIZEN WHO LOCKED HIS KEYS IN HIS VEHICLE. OFFICERS UTILIZED A LOCKOUT KIT AND THE CITIZEN GAINED ACCESS TO HIS VEHICLE.
