Spoke to Juvenile Intake after hours who stated to release him back to his parents.

1850 hrs Child Custody-5300 Blk 85th avenue , Caller stated she came to pick her daughter up for the weekend per the court order, but the father refused to allow the child to leave. Officers made contact with the child's father, he was advised and the daughter was released to her mother. All parties were advised and sent on their way.
1918 hrs Suspicious Person 8300 Blk Freemont Place Caller reported there was a suspicious vehicle occupied by a older white female driving around in the area. The caller stated this incident occurred at approximately 1530 hrs on 02/17/2017. The caller was provided with case numbers for reference and advised to call the police back if she see the vehicle again.
1958 hrs Mps. 6100Blk 85th ave, Caller reported after he pick his vehicle from College Park Honda for maintenance, he drove his vehicle home and noticed it started to smoke from the engine. Shortly after, the vehicle caught on fire, Fire dept responded and assisted with the fire. Prior to officers arrival, fire dept already put the fire out and left the scene. The caller was provided with case numbers for reference and advised contact to his insurance carrier.

2004 hrs Suspicious Person 8400 Blk Annapolis road (7-11) Dispatch advised the store manager reported two black males were blocking the front entrance, bothering customers passing by and asking for money. The two suspects were stopped, checked for warrants which yielded negative results, photographed for report documentation, advised and sent on their way.
2153 hrs Roommate dispute 6400 Blk Inlet Street, Caller stated she went outside to smoke a cigarette and her roommate had locked the door. Officers made contact with the roommate, who stated she observed the front door open and no one outside, so she closed the door. Everything check ok and both parties were advised.

He stated he lived in Langley Park and needed to get back home. Officers asked if he needed any medical attention and he stated he did not. Officers gave him food and money to return home to Langley Park.
1030 hrs., 70th Ave/ Assist Landover Hills with the searching of a missing 4 yrs old boy. He was found with no incident.

2004 hrs Suspicious Person 8400 Blk Annapolis road (7-11) Dispatch advised the store manager reported two black males were blocking the front entrance, bothering customers passing by and asking for money. The two suspects were stopped, checked for warrants which yielded negative results, photographed for report documentation, advised and sent on their way.
2153 hrs Roommate dispute 6400 Blk Inlet Street, Caller stated she went outside to smoke a cigarette and her roommate had locked the door. Officers made contact with the roommate, who stated she observed the front door open and no one outside, so she closed the door. Everything check ok and both parties were advised.
2230 hrs Domestic 5500 Blk Karen Elaine Drive Dispatch advised an anonymous caller reported a male and female were fighting in the middle of street. Officers responded and found nothing; a canvass of the area was conducted with negative results.
2257 hrs MPS 6008 Westbrook Drive Caller just wanted advice on how to obtain a temporary peace order against her adult son. She was advised and provided with case numbers for reference.
2350 hrs Domestic 7700 Blk Riverdale Road , Husband and wife were involved in an argument over infidelity issues. There were no signs of injury or an assault, both refused medical attention. They were advised of counseling and was provided with case numbers; seek further assistance from the district court commissioner’s office.

1401 hrs., 6500 Blk Inlet St/ Family Dispute ending up with a possible Sexual Assault. Officers arrived on scene and spoke to the caller who went into detail about an assault that took place back in January. At this time officers contacted CID and advised them of the situation. Officers completed the initial report and Detectives transported the female to their station to interview her. Her story changed several times and ended with it did not occur she was just angry because her mother would not let her go to the mall. NC #2 was notified as well.

2304 hrs Warrant Arrest 8310 Annapolis Road, while conducting a premises check, officers observed a suspicious male kept pacing back and forth in front of the Carvel Ice Cream shop. With the owner still inside and due to a recent commercial robbery, he was stopped and checked for warrants which revealed he was wanted through Prince George’s County for a failure to appear C.D.S possession. He checked negative for weapons, he was then placed under arrest and transported to Upper Marlboro Department of Corrections for processing of the warrant. Report written
