0205 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- 5440 85TH AVE.- COMPLAINTS OF MALES LOITERING, TRESPASSING, SMOKING C.D.S. AND DRINKING. AREA WAS CANVASED, NO VIOLATIONS WERE OBSERVED.

0730 hrs., Residential Check/ 5300-5400 Blk of 85th Ave., citizen complaints of suspicious activity at the location. An area check was conducted with nothing found.


0930 hrs., hrs., Business Check/ CVS, check clear.


1121 hrs., Stolen Auto/ 8600 Blk Annapolis Rd/ Suspect stole the victim vehicle by unknown means. No shattered glass and no skid marks and the owner has the keys and the vehicle was entered into NCIC. 


1230 hrs., Burglary/ 5400 Blk 85th Ave/ No burglary, caller said his door was wide open when he came home. Officers talked to management and they advised they did a walk through of the caller apartment due to him moving out and left the door open by accident.


1330 hrs., Suspicious Vehicle/ 800 Blk Annapolis Rd/ While conducting a premise Check, officers observed a unoccupied vehicle displaying no tags. Officers conducted a vin check and the vehicle was not stolen and not registered. The vehicle was issued a parking ticket and tow notice due to being parked on private property.


1345 hrs., Business check of Lowe's./ Foot Patrol, check clear.


1430 hrs., Business Check/ Shoppers Food, check clear.


1500 hrs., Business Check/ Metropoints Hotel and plaza, check clear.


1534 hrs., Suspicious Person/ 8100 Blk Powhatan St/ Caller stated an unknown male was attempting to gain information from the home owner. The male in question worked for Direct TV. The male was advised on the process of getting a permit.


1630 hrs., Premise Check/ 7700 Blk Riverdale Rd/ All clear.


1720 hrs.. Premise Check/ 5500 Blk Karen Elaine Dr/ All clear.


1740 hrs., Business Check/ 7-11/ All clear.


2030 Premise Check/ 8461 Annapolis Rd (7-Eleven) patrons making purchases, staff reported no issues


2104 Premise Check/ 6130 Lamont Dr after school activity ending and parking lot was clear


2150 Premise Check/ 8100 Annapolis Rd (Darcars) dealership closed, no foot traffic on lot


2230 Premise Check/ 8200 blk Annapolis Rd (CVS & TD Bank) both businesses are closed, no vehicles in the lot


2300 Premise Check/ 85th Ave Apts 5400 (odd) no foot traffic 5400 (even) residents walking their dogs 5300 (odd) residents walking into their building 5300 (even) no foot or vehicle traffic 5200 (odd) no foot or vehicle traffic


2345 Premise Check/ 8461 Annapolis Rd (7-Eleven) patrons making purchases, staff reported no issues

0657 Hours - Stolen Auto - 7700 Block of Riverdale Road: An unknown suspect stole the victim's vehicle during the overnight hours fleeing in an unknown direction. The victim was provided case numbers and advised to contact her insurance company. Report Written 0807 Hours - Suspicious Person - 7700 Block of Riverdale Rd: An unknown caller advised a male in gray was asleep under the stairwell unresponsive. Officers responded and made contact with the subject who advised he was on the bus all night and needed a place to sleep. The male checked negative for warrants and was sent on his way. 0645 Hours -Premise Check- 8400 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, but nothing was found. 0722 Hours -Premise Check- 8500 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, but nothing was found. 0813 Hours -Vandalism- 7900 Block of Legation Rd: Officers responded to the listed location for the vandalism of a vehicle. Officers spoke with the caller who stated his vehicle had been broken into. Officers gathered all information needed and generated a report.  Report Written 1028 Hours -Disorderly- 8500 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers responded to the listed location for a disorderly male.
