1100 HOURS RESIDENTIAL ALARM 8300 BLK LONGFELLOW STREET, ALARM FROM KITCHEN DOOR. ALL DOORS AND WINDOWS WERE CHECKED OK AND SECURED. NO SIGNS OF FORCE ENTRY FOUND, F.A.R NUMBER PROVIDED. ALL CLEAR NO REPORT.




1130 HOURS SUSPICIOUS PERSON 6500 BLK JODIE STREET, CALLER REPORTED WHILE DRIVING HOME SHE OBSERVED A BLACK MALE SITTING ON THE CURB AT JODIE STREET AND CARROLLTON PKWY. OFFICERS CANVASSED THE AREA WHICH YIELDED NEGATIVE RESULTS. THE CALLER WAS CONTACTED VIA TELEPHONE AND SHE WAS ADVISED. ALL CLEAR NO REPORT.




1230 HOURS VEHICLE ACCIDENT 7400 BLK LEAHY ROAD UPON OFFICERS ARRIVAL THE COMPLAINT STATED HE WAS INVOLVED IN A ACCIDENT WITH A TRACTOR TRAILER ON 495 THAT HAD OCCURRED YESTERDAY. CALLER STATED HE HAD ALREADY CONTACTED HIS INSURANCE COMPANY AND ONLY NEEDED A REPORT NUMBER. THE CALLER WAS PROVIDED CASE NUMBERS FOR REFERENCE AND WAS ADVISED. ALL CLEAR NO REPORT.



1338 HOURS MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- 7300 GAVIN STREET- REPORTS OF SUSPICIOUS MALES INVOLVED IN ILLEGAL ACTIVITY. AREA WAS CANVASED, NO SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY OBSERVED.




1416 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK 5526 KAREN ELAINE DRIVE, NO SIGN OF PEOPLE LOITERING OR SLEEPING IN THE HALLWAYS ALL CLEAR NO REPORT.



1505 HOURS ACCIDENT 7930 ANNAPOLIS ROAD (STAPLES PARKING LOT) POLICE COMMUNICATIONS ADVISED THERE WERE NO COUNTY UNIT'S AVAILABLE AND REQUESTED NCPD OFFICERS TO ASSIST. UPON (NCPD) OFFICERS ARRIVAL, IT WAS FOUND BOTH VEHICLES SUSTAINED MINOR DAMAGES AND BOTH PARTIES CLAIMED NO INJURIES. INFORMATION WAS EXCHANGED, ALL WERE ADVISED. ALL CLEAR NO REPORT.




1544 HOURS PREMISE CHECK 8461 ANNAPOLIS ROAD (7-11) ALL CLEAR.




1601 HOURS UNKNOWN TROUBLE ANNAPOLIS ROAD AND VETERANS PKWY, DISPATCH ADVISED A UNKNOWN FEMALE DIALED 9-11 AT THIS LOCATION AND DISCONNECTED. OFFICERS RESPONDED AND CANVASS THE AREA WITH NEGATIVE RESULTS. ALL CLEAR NO REPORT.



1615 HOURS VEHICLE ACCIDENT 7515 ANNAPOLIS ROAD ACCIDENT INVOLVING TWO VEHICLES. BOTH SUSTAINED MINOR DAMAGES AND NO INJURIES . INFORMATION WAS EXCHANGED. ALL CLEAR NO REPORT.




1650 HOURS PROPERTY DAMAGE 8300 BLK SPRAGUE PLACE CALLER WAS UNABLE TO VERIFY WHERE THE INCIDENT TOOK PLACE, HE WAS PROVIDED CASE NUMBERS FOR REFERENCE. ALL CLEAR NO REPORT.



1820 hrs., Accident/ 6520 Fairbanks St., unit-1 struck unit-2 outside of city. Incident was handled by PGPD.

1830 hrs., Unknown Trouble/ 5300 Blk 85th Av., officers responded to citizens complaint of neighbor fighting next door. No answer at residence.

1925 hrs., Domestic Arrest/ 5300 Blk 85th Av., physical domestic between two parties, where officers had to make force entry. The male was taken into custody and transported Hyattssville DOC for processing. A Lethality assessment and domestic violence supplement reports were completed. Lt. Lyew advised.


2030 hrs., Premise Check/ Gavin St. & Quentin St., citizen complaints of suspicious activity at the location. An area check was conducted with nothing found.


2130 hrs., Business Check/ Shoppers, all clear.

2200 hrs., Business Check/ 7-Eleven, observed subjects loitering in front of the business, they were sent on their way.

2300 hrs., Residential Check/ 5200-5400 Blk 85th Av., citizen complaints of suspicious activity at the location. An area check was conducted with nothing found.


2330 hrs., Residential Check/ 5500 Blk Karen Elaine Dr., citizen complaint of suspicious activity. An area check was conducted with nothing found.

0657 Hours - Stolen Auto - 7700 Block of Riverdale Road: An unknown suspect stole the victim's vehicle during the overnight hours fleeing in an unknown direction. The victim was provided case numbers and advised to contact her insurance company. Report Written 0807 Hours - Suspicious Person - 7700 Block of Riverdale Rd: An unknown caller advised a male in gray was asleep under the stairwell unresponsive. Officers responded and made contact with the subject who advised he was on the bus all night and needed a place to sleep. The male checked negative for warrants and was sent on his way. 0645 Hours -Premise Check- 8400 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, but nothing was found. 0722 Hours -Premise Check- 8500 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, but nothing was found. 0813 Hours -Vandalism- 7900 Block of Legation Rd: Officers responded to the listed location for the vandalism of a vehicle. Officers spoke with the caller who stated his vehicle had been broken into. Officers gathered all information needed and generated a report.  Report Written 1028 Hours -Disorderly- 8500 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers responded to the listed location for a disorderly male.
