Customer was advised to contact Uber to file a complaint against the driver and she was picked up by a friend to go to her party.

0048 hrs., 8500 Blk of Annapolis Rd./ Signal 7 with an arrest. The extremely intoxicated male was asked to leave the area and go home while officers were dealing with the vehicle accident, listed above, he refused. He returned several times until finally he walked behind officers balled up his one fist and attempted to obtain an Officers weapon. He was taken down by force and arrested. Lt. Lyew was notified of the incident.
0106 hrs., 8500 Blk of Annapolis Rd./ While dealing with the above listed Signal 7 arrest, the parties from the Accident began to argue and we heard the female screaming and the male half running away. Once both parties were stopped, with the help of a translator, both parties stated nothing happened and the blood on the males face was from the accident. Fireboard was called to check out the male half.

The extremely intoxicated male was asked to leave the area and go home while officers were dealing with the vehicle accident, listed above, he refused. He returned several times until finally he walked behind officers balled up his one fist and attempted to obtain an Officers weapon. He was taken down by force and arrested. Lt. Lyew was notified of the incident.
0106 hrs., 8500 Blk of Annapolis Rd./ While dealing with the above listed Signal 7 arrest, the parties from the Accident began to argue and we heard the female screaming and the male half running away. Once both parties were stopped, with the help of a translator, both parties stated nothing happened and the blood on the males face was from the accident.
