0712 HOURS- STOLEN AUTO- 5400 BLK 85TH AVENUE- CALLER REPORTED HER VEHICLE STOLEN. UPON ARRIVAL, OFFICERS OBTAINED THE VIN NUMBER AND CHECKED FOR AN IMPOUND/REPO, WHICH REVELED THE VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED BY TLC TOWING FOR AN PARKING VIOLATION. THE CALLER WAS ADVISED. NO REPORT WRITTEN.

WHILE EN-ROUTE, DISPATCH ADVISED THE SUBJECT WAS LAST SEEN WALKING TOWARDS 5548 KAREN ELAINE WITH A DESCRIPTION OF A BLACK MALE WEARING AN BLACK COAT AND GRAY SWEAT PANTS. OFFICERS LOCATED THE SUBJECT, HE WAS STOPPED AND CHECKED FOR WARRANTS WITH NEGATIVE RESULTS. HE WAS PHOTOGRAPH, ADVISED ON THE NO TRESPASSING AND LOITERING LAWS. THEN SENT ON HIS WAY.

0918 HOURS- PROPERTY DAMAGE- 5400 BLK 85TH AVENUE- CALLER WANTED TO REPORT HER VEHICLE WAS IMPOUND FOR A PARKING VIOLATION ON 04/10/16. THE CALLER STATED WHEN SHE RECOVERED HER VEHICLE, SHE NOTICED THERE WERE MINOR DAMAGES TO HER VEHICLE. SHE WAS ADVISED THIS IS A CIVIL MATTER AND TO SEEK FURTHER ASSISTANCE FROM THE DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DAMAGES. NO REPORT WRITTEN.

1002 HOURS- CHECK WELFARE- 6400 BLK 85TH AVENUE (ROBERT FROST)- SCHOOL STAFF WANTED A JUVENILE MALE STUDENT TO BE EPS DUE TO HAVING A PSYCHIATRIC EPISODE (MENTAL BREAK DOWN). SCHOOL RESOURCE OFC. CPL PARKER WAS NOTIFIED AND RESPONDED ON SCENE. WITH HIS ASSISTANCE, THE JUVENILE WAS SUCCESSFULLY TRANSPORTED TO PRINCE GEORGE'S HOSPITAL WITH A MEMBER FROM THE SCHOOL STAFF TO RECEIVED TREATMENT. THE JUVENILE RESIDES AT A FOSTER CARE HOME IN D.C. THEREFORE HIS SOCIAL WORKER RESPONDED TO PGH AND COMPLETED THE EPS PAPER WORK.

1229 HOURS -DISORDERLY- 5300 BLK 85TH AVENUE - CALLER WANTED TO REPORT HER ROOMATE OWED HER MONEY FOR LAST MONTH'S RENT. SHE WAS ADVISED THIS WAS A CIVIL MATTER AND TO SEEK FURTHER ASSISTANCE FROM THE DISTRICT COURT COMMISSIONER'S OFFICE . NO REPORT WRITTEN.

1629 HOURS- DISORDERLY- 7600 BLK RIVERDALE ROAD AN ANONYMOUS CALLER WANTED TO REPORT SEVERAL JUVENILE MALES WERE LOITERING AND BLOCKING THE FRONT ENTRANCE DOOR. UPON OFFICER'S ARRIVAL THE SUSPECTS WERE GOA. AREA CANVASSED WITH NEGATIVE RESULTS.

1640 HOURS THEFT FROM AUTO- 8400 BLK ANNAPOLIS ROAD CALLER REPORTED SHE LEFT HER VEHICLE UNSECURED. AN UNKNOWN SUSPECT THEN ENTERED HER VEHICLE AND STOLE HER PURSE. SHE WAS ADVISED ON PROCEDURES ON HOW CANCEL HER CREDIT/BANK CARDS AND REPLACEMENT OF HER MD D.L.

1721 HOURS- STATION CALL-8400 BLK ANNAPOLIS ROAD (NEW CARROLLTON LIQUORS) STORE OWNER REPORTED A UNKNOWN MALE SUBJECT ATTEMPTED TO STEAL A BOTTLE OF LIQUOR. NO THEFT WAS COMMITTED AND THE SUSPECT LEFT WITHOUT INCIDENT PRIOR OFFICER'S ARRIVAL. THE OWNER WAS ADVISED. NO REPORT WRITTEN.

1735 HOURS- FIGHT- 5400 BLK 85TH AVENUE- WHILE IN PATROL, AN OFFICER WITNESS DAQAUN WOODS ASSAULTED A FEMALE OUTSIDE THIS LOCATION. EVENING OFFICER'S ALSO RESPONDED ON SCENE TO ASSIST. MR. WOODS, ALONG WITH THE FEMALE AND ANOTHER MALE SUBJECT WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY. EVENING SHIFT ASSUME ALL INVESTIGATIONS RESPONSIBILITY. PLEASE SEE EVENING EVENTS FOR FURTHER DETAILS.

1745 HOURS- DOMESTIC ARREST- 5400 BLK 85TH AVE. - COMPLAINT OF A MALE AND FEMALE FIGHTING IN THE FOYER OF THE BUILDING. THE SUSPECTS WERE OBSERVED BY OFFICERS STRIKING EACH OTHER THEN FLEEING INTO THE RESIDENCE. THE PROPERTY OWNER RESPONDED TO SCENE AND ALLOWED OFFICERS ENTRY TO THE RESIDENCE. THE MALE AND FEMALE WERE ARRESTED FOR DOMESTIC ASSAULT; A SECOND MALE ON SCENE WAS ARRESTED FOR TRESPASSING. ALL THREE PERSONS WERE TRANSPORTED TO HYATTSVILLE D.O.C. FOR PROCESSING. NCPD3 WAS NOTIFIED OF THE INCIDENT.

1851 HOURS- DISORDERLY- 7700 BLK RIVERDALE RD.- CALLER STATED HE ACCIDENTALLY STRUCK A PARKED VEHICLE WITH A PIECE OF DRYWALL WHILE LOADING HIS TRUCK, CAUSING MINOR DAMAGE TO THE PARKED VEHICLE. OFFICERS RESPONDED AND DISCOVERED THAT THE CALLER AND THE OWNER OF THE PARKED VEHICLE HAD LEFT THE SCENE.

1905 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLK 85TH AVE.- COMPLAINTS OF MALES LOITERING, TRESPASSING, SMOKING C.D.S. AND DRINKING. AREA WAS CANVASED, NO VIOLATIONS WERE OBSERVED.

2005 HOURS- THEFT FROM AUTO- 8300 BLK VERONA DR.- UNKNOWN SUSPECT TOOK THE VICTIMS WALLET FROM A PARKED, UNLOCKED VEHICLE, THEN FLED THE SCENE MAKING GOOD THEIR ESCAPE. DETECTIVE ROBINSON WAS NOTIFIED OF THE INCIDENT. .

2141 HOURS- RESIDENTIAL ALARM- 5500 BLK KAREN ELAINE DR. - ALARM FROM THE APARTMENT DOOR. OFFICERS RESPONDED AND DISCOVERED THE DOOR SECURE WITH NO SIGNS OF FORCED ENTRY; UNKNOWN CAUSE FOR THE ALARM. FARU PROVIDED.

2145 HOURS- SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE- 7400 BLK RIVERDALE RD.- OFFICERS OBSERVED AN OCCUPIED VEHICLE PARKED IN THE LIBRARY PARKING LOT. THE DRIVER WAS STOPPED, IDENTIFIED, CHECKED NEGATIVE, ADVISED THEN SENT ON HIS WAY.

2147 HOURS- PROPERTY DAMAGE- 8400 BLK ANNAPOLIS RD.- CALLER STATED HIS PARKED VEHICLE WAS DAMAGED BY UNKNOWN MEANS WHILE HE WAS SHOPPING. THE CALLER WAS UNSURE WHERE THE DAMAGE OCCURRED AND HE WAS PROVIDED CASE NUMBERS FOR REFERENCE.

2315 HOURS- ACCIDENT/D.U.I. ARREST- ANNAPOLIS RD/85TH AVE.- UNIT 1 STRUCK UNIT 2 IN THE REAR, CAUSING MINOR DAMAGE TO BOTH VEHICLES. DRIVER OF UNIT 1 WAS DISCOVERED TO BE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL, ARRESTED, ISSUED CITATIONS, AND RELEASED. UNIT 1 IMPOUNDED FOR SAFE KEEPING.

2325 HOURS- E.P.S.- 6400 BLK 85TH PL.- REPORT OF A MALE HIGH ON P.C.P. WHO WAS BEING DISORDERLY. OFFICERS RESPONDED TO SCENE, MADE CONTACT WITH THE MALE, WHO WAS SUBSEQUENTLY TAKEN INTO CUSTODY WITHOUT INCIDENT AND TRANSPORTED TO LAUREL REGIONAL FOR EVALUATION. A SMALL AMOUNT OF C.D.S. WAS RECOVERED ON SCENE.
